This was the first time I have ordered from lit and can I just say wow. Your customer service is amazing James wrote on my invoice a lovely message and he even put in a couple of extra glitters and a brush. Safe to say you guys have one happy customer your service is out standing and I will be buying for you guys again.
They went the extra mile and sent me a free glitter and little brushes with my order :)
The packages always come quick and the extra incentives (glitter) they almost always have going make it so worthwhile to buy from them! Not to mention the glitters themselves are phenomenal!!
I've ordered many times over the years. The Lit folks are always super quick to ship my order. Everything is always gorgeous. Anytime I've had an issue they have taken care of things quickly and with a great attitude. I have had a lot of sparkly products before but Lit has the best packaging that actually keeps product in the container and prevents waste. I just cant recommend them enough.
I LOVE Lit Cosmetics!!!!!! The glitter base is the best ever and the glitter options are endless. I have a Lit Glitter addition!
Everything is done with great care. Even the smallest detail such as tying a bow on a bag or the placement of orders in their box. Glitterholics are happy playing with glitter. And even when we feel bad, we just have to look at the floor a few times until the inevitable piece of glitter is repurposed by making us happy thinking of that day or night we wore it❤️
Been a fan since you guys were at Sephora but bought a ton of stuff at DragCon recently and I'm so impressed with the customer service that was provided! It wasn't like a usual cosmetics booth, it was like going to a store. When I left the booth and checked out my goods later on, I found I was missing one of my glitters and when I went back, the gentleman there was so apologetic and so nice, he gave me a free glitter! I'm such a fan of Lit and all my friends hear it too!
2nd Order from these guys and they threw a wonderful shade called "witchy woman" ... wore it out last night over eyeliner and it stayed in place all night, love it!
