Welcome to Little Birds Photography!
For me, photography is about family. I love capturing the unscripted, candid, natural realness of family life.

While I remember snapping pictures of anything I could when I was a kid (and waiting anxiously for the film to be developed—how things have changed! ), it was the arrival of two little birds that really sparked my love of photography.

When my niece was born, and my son a year later, my mission became capturing life’s precious moments. Every single one of them. There were countless hard drives filled with those little birds wearing every outfit possible and living out every little milestone.

It didn’t take long for me to learn that sharing those moments with my mom was just as satisfying as capturing them. For her, the only thing better than spending time with her grandchildren was receiving the latest photo of their adventures. Those photos always brought a smile to her face and filled her home—and her heart—with images of love and laughter. Giving her those prints and seeing the joy they brought was one of the best feelings there is.

My mom is no longer with us, but she still inspires me to keep capturing the joys of life. And I’d love to help you capture some of yours.
