Had 3 camp sites across from me party and we're loud until 3am the whole time I was there and nothing was done about it (11am quiet time stated everywhere).

Was told the day I got there to keep all belongings off the grass the next because of irrigation so I did but that didn't stop a sprinkler from watering the inside of my trailer for hours. Fishing was great, swimming was ok if you don't mind all the seaweed in the water. The outhouse was an absolute disgrace so thankfully they had ONE flush toilet.

Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience and won't be returning.

Very wide open sites, that's good. However, that allow very large groups to camp at the same site and it can get very loud at night, lots of people don't respect quiet time and it gets hard to get some sleep if you're tenting. Remember to bring loonies for the showers, as well as cash to buy anything at the concession by the beach area.

Had a great time this weekend!! Sites are large and clean. Bathrooms seriously need attention! Always a long lineup at the flush toilets, where there are only two stales. Non flush toilets aka outhouses have been heavily used and really really need attention. I appreciate the caretakers who regularly patrolled the area. We sadly were across from a large group who partied late in to the night and both nights had to be told to shut down. Had a visit on Saturday night from a travelling farmers market. Beans, potatoes, carrots, homemade canned goods and the most fresh delicious cinnamon buns!! All in all a great family environment and fun had by all

Very open and easy to come in and out of. The lake is quite nice. This is definitely a more family centred camp ground.

Nice campground down in a valley with lots of trees. There is a lake with a beach and boat launch. Some small hiking can be found on the hills surrounding the campground. The roads in the campground are all paved.

Wonderful campground. Lots of trees, some spots are tight (especially for us in our 38' fifth wheel) but we enjoyed it.
If you have a boat, the lake is amazing.
Small beach but very nice.
Fishing right from the docks as well.

We come here every year. Free boat slips. Nice camp site and great boating lake.

Very nice place to camp. You will hear the train Running from across the river. Little store is great if you forget something or want a treat.

$52 per night for 1 mid size and 1 small tent and 2 motor vehicles is outrageous! As far as site goes, would be nice throughout week when not many people, but wide open sites offer no privacy on weekends.

I want to thank Lousiel and staff for making our Aug long weekend stay fantastic, they were so helpful and found us a spot even though we had no reservation and the campground was at full capacity.
