The mechanic was very rude when asking me questions. He asked me what was wrong which seemed odd because my vehicle had been dropped off an hour ago. Seemed like he had just started. So, to me, I felt like I was charged for an hour for what seemed like a 5 minute check. I had been there before and was never charged for the initial check. So I was completely floored when they charged me over $100 just to diagnose the problem. Never will return - customer for over 2 years.

They seem professional. No issues with working on my Volvo (5-cylinder turbo). Changed plugs, coils, cables, and general tune-up. Will definitely go back if I have any future issues with my car. Prices are normal.
