I went in and said "Hi, can I have a pepperoni pizza?" And she said "Yup!" And handed me a pizza just like that. So I was all "Thanks!" And she said "No problem" then I pad and left. The whole thing took less than 2 minutes s and cost less than 10 bucks. I couldn't be happier.
Went there yesterday at 5:30, and wanted a custom pizza... same as they always make it for me, and I pull around back and wait. This time, this guy says, I was making the job hard for him, and next time to come to the front cause drive through is only for Fresh and Ready pizzas. I asked him, then why would I come to a drive-thru? Always had great service here, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The pizzas had hardly any toppings and a three inch crust with NO Sauce. I'll be going to the other location from now on. IF DRIVE THRU IS ONLY FOR READY ITEMS, then TAKE DOWN THE FULL MENU!!!
I just don't get it, i come here all the time, pizza is pretty fresh. Today i experienced zero customer service. Walked in to get a pizza, i was the only person in the store, 1 car at the drive-thru window. 2 employees literally looked at me, did not say "hello" or "be with you in a minute". I waited at the front counter for literally 5 minutes and no one came up to take my order, i ended up walking out. I'd give zero stars if i could, and probably wont be back to this location.
Never go here after 9pm. I walked in and the cashier looked at me and acknowledged I was there. She then disappeared into the back to talk to her coworkers and they played on their phones. I walked out after waiting 5 minutes and getting no customer service or an order taken. If you're looking for cheap pizza after 9 you'd have a better time getting a Delisso from Save On and cooking it before you get served from this place.
Why even advertise hot and ready? Unless i am ordering crazy bread NOTHING is ready. Hot and ready 4-8 pm? Is this on a specific day only??? Cause I've never had it ready.
Hot n ready doesn't mean waiting 15 min
I went there this past Sunday around 9:00. Their open sign was on, the hours on the door clearly state closed at 10 on Sundays, but the door was locked and inside I could clearly see 3 employees counting tills, sweeping, etc., obviously closing up. An hour before closing time. They completely ignored the fact I was there and did not even look up. After myself and my family frequently having negative experiences there before, mostly with being charged incorrectly or short changed, that was the last straw to ensure that this store does not get one more penny of my business. I'd highly recommend others follow suit and find somewhere worthy of spending your hard earned cash.
Every time I go there I either have to wait 10+ minutes for my pizza. Or it's 30 min old. It very clear when its just been sitting in a heater for 30 min, and at that point I ask for my money back or I have to wait 10+min for a new one. Every time I pay with cash they cashiers try to short change me which is extremely unprofessional and I have to ask for my 10 cents that they were trying to keep. (This has happened around 5 times) I have had them try to argue with me, so I have to ask for my receipt and show them... it's very obvious they are trying to save money when there is next to no Parmesan cheese on the crazy bread or just pepperoni slices on the outer edges of the pizza and the middle is just cheese...
at this point I'm willing to drive an extra 15 min to the OTHER little Caesars, because they have amazing staff and they don't have ass there job! Pizza is always fresh/properly made and there staff are always friendly and always have a smile on there face's. Plus they actually open and close when they are suppose to. Not close 3 hours before you are suppose to and open 1 hour after you are suppose to.
SE Little Caesars sucks.
I've ordered crazy bread from this location at least ten times since I moved to Airdrie 5 months ago and every time there is hardly any parmesan cheese on the crazy bread. I feel like these guys are trying to save money. If the staff actually showed some evidence of life and cared the business would do a bit better. Also have these people been taught how to up sell? When I order crazy bread maybe I want marinara sauce. Do you think maybe if I order crazy bread you could ask me if I want marinara sauce? Hmmm maybe I do... maybe it would help your numbers if you actually asked, "is that everything?" when I'm ordering instead of rushing me to the window by telling me my total. Give your heads a shake. You could be making hundreds of dollars more per day profit off of the very few customers you have if you would just up sell them. Imagine the possibilities if you smiled and didn't short people on their food and service. Worst Little Casters I've ever been to. I'll still buy here sometimes though cuz I'm stupid.
