if I could rate this location with negative stars, I would. The food is always terrible and the customer service is atrocious. If you have a problem and wish to speak with either the owner or the head manager they are useless and rude. The staff seem impatient and uninterested in customers. I have been in the store many times where it is quite apparent that the staff just forgot about the customers in the store and the pizzas I've received are cold because they were sitting for so long, with no apology or recognition that anything was wrong. One of the last times I was in the store I saw a mouse running across the floor from where I was sitting to the back where the food is prepared.. disgusting. I also have never seen a single employee there was their hands after dealing with cash, extremely stomach turning. Terrible experiences here, would not recommend to anyone

No issues at this location. They sometimes run out of hot and readys quickly but it's never more than 8 minutes to wait unless you order quite a few pizzas. The staff here are all very nice.

I suggest ordering pizza with extra cheese if you have time to wait. It adds $3.00 onto your pizza, but when you get extra cheese here it literally pretty much doubles the cheese so it's worth it. Plus it guarantees you a fresh out of the oven pizza.

On 9 june 2017 bought a vegitarian pizza , no tomatoes, a few peppers mushrooms, and a whole lot of olives. Tasted awfull. I will not be buying any more pizzas from this store at sandstone NW Calgary.

5 dollar pizza and stuffed crazy bread. Enjoy.

One of the better run pizza chains in Calgary, I've eaten here a lot and its always been a good experience.

Awesome Service! They are very polite and totally accomodated my order to please. Definately be back and recommend to anyone!
