When we where in Okotoks in May, we sampled a variety of food of from Little Fast, we loved the fresh taste and the flexibility of the menu. This place will satisfy all sorts of yummy food cravings. From home made chips to the salad bowls. Dig in � and now they deliver? What are you waiting for.......

We just had an early lunch here. CTRL sandwiches with Vegan Soup of the Moment. Incredibly delicious food and super friendly service. Will be back many times since I conveniently live just around the corner!

We just had a great date night at home with the flank steak and so many amazing sides. Such a great dinner!!! Lucky to have this right here in Okotoks �

Today I had the Banh-Mi chicken sandwich, my husband had the Chipotle chicken sandwich and my 2 year old had the goat yogurt with pears OMG! I literally finished my sandwich and was devastated because I wanted more.

You have to eat here, delicious, healthy and very satisfying ��

The food was Deeeeeelish! I highly recommend you try this place. You won't be disappointed!!

So good!!! My small human has been refusing everything lately and he DEVOURED most of my meal. Amazing!! Can’t wait to go back.

So good! Food was delicious and fresh just as they say. Also, when I took all the food out it covered an entire large plate! My favourite thing has to be the fact that the containers are compostable, it's the little details that count, way to go Little!!!

The roasted veggie sandwich is my OBSESSION (my girls love it, too), but I just tried the CTRL yesterday, and I am IN LOVE🤤 My daughter loves the kids grilled cheese, and when they did their tacos - omg. My hubby, myself, & our daughters (almost-4 yrs & 15 mos) LOVED every bite. We love that there are lots of veggie & GF options, as well as sourdough buns (which we can tolerate with our gluten sensitivities), but what we love most is their commitment to being as eco-friendly as they can.

Quality food prepared by quality cooks. Nice clean kitchen and friendly professional staff who like what they do. 8 minutes from the time I walked in I was able to order, pay and be on my way with a lovely Gluten Free sandwich to go! Stop in and check them out it is worth the stop.

Ordered dinner for 3 of us tonight; whole chicken, mashed potato, brocollini & salad. SO GOOD! Made even better by compostable containers! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I ordered a half cauliflower, the butternut squash & crispy potatoes today on my way home from work. Everything was so delicious and I have enough food for at least three more meals. Will definitely be trying more on the menu!

I love the Traxels, they are great people. Jarod's creativity in the kitchen is second to none!

I had the tomato soup (vegan) and the wild boar sub. It was INCREDIBLE. Super friendly staff. Amazing food. Everything is clean and the place smells great. I can't wait to try the Bahn-mi!

I had the Suntree Bowl with a side of pulled chicken and, OMG I could have this every day! Perfect mix of flavors and textures plus the pulled chicken was a very generous portion. Very filling. Also, the perfect amount of brown rice. I find some other places overload the bowl with rice.

I’d also like to note that I ate my Suntree Bowl while working from my home office in Suntree! Does it get any more local than that?!

I had my first experience at Little Fast and Fresh today for lunch and I was very impressed. I had the CTRL sandwich. Delicious. Great flavours and Fresh ingredients. They even brought it out to my car as I waited making phone calls. Great service. I can’t wait to try more things.

I had lunch here for the first time today! The online ordering system is super easy to use and the food was AMAZING! It's pretty much all I have talked about all day!

Everything is SO good. The carrots though... unreal. � Never thought I would say that about carrots.

Being someone who loves to eat, but hates to cook, this “little” restaurant hits the mark! The chicken was so juicy and full of flavour, and both of my picky children scarfed down the roasted carrots and mushroom soup! We will definitely be eating here often!
