The customer service here is outstanding. They are so knowledgeable about tiny feet and always have a good selection. We've been coming here for every pair of our daughter's shoes and will continue to do so.

Even though the store was busy, the staff worked very hard to be attentive to everyone. The fitting was amazing and ensured that I bought the right sized boots for my children, which never happens shopping online. The have an amazing selection of high quality and childrens shoes. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the great boots.

We do not buy shoes for our daughter anywhere else (even though it is a fairly far drive for us). We find Jasmin incredibly knowledgeable about small children's feet and knows their needs for footwear. The only (small) drawback is that the shop is not large and very popular. Avoid peak times such as weekends or the end of summer if you can. However, even on busy days the service and selection are fantastic!

Beautiful shoes selection, wonderful and friendly staff, great service, definitely the best store in Calgary, and I believe the only one that carries European shoes for the little ones.

I visited right at opening on a Saturday morning. Even though the store was quickly full of other parents and their children looking for shoes, we received excellent service. The staff brought out a ton of different options for my daughter to try and gave really helpful feedback about which ones fit her best. I'll definitely go back.

After calling them numerous times throughout the day before and the morning of traveling to their store, I arrived only to find the size of the item I was looking for was not in stock. After asking the employee helping me why didn't they answer the phone they said it's because they're too busy helping other people. There was two employees and only one other person in the store, the shelves & wall units were empty, the store was unwelcoming, I don't think I'm going back there again.
