Went there with my daughter and her boyfriend I've never tried Indian food before but after last night I love it. Personally I love spicy every item I tried from the buffet was delicious! The table service was attentive friendly and naan bread endless! The deserts were fresh and tasty! Price was good for a Friday night. The staff and their patrons very friendly. Thank you Little India for an enjoyable buffet and evening! Oh and the complementary appetizer was delious as well!

We are from Saskatoon and whenever we are in Edmonton we make sure we go to little India for saag and maki roti. Best saag and maki roti. The service we get is excellent and the server always comes and ask how is everything and always refilling the water. No complains excellent place.

This was the first time I have been here and the food was absolutely delicious! The server was excellent :) I will definitely come again. I will also encourage my family and friends to eat here.



The only negative was the woman's bathroom. It could have been cleaner.

My husband and I have been eating at Little India for 4 years. It is not only my favourite Indian restaurant, but my favourite Edmonton restaurant overall. The staff are so friendly and always take care of us well. We usually eat buffet but even when we order off the menu the food is terrific. The clean space and nice decor is a total bonus! I'm shocked by the negative reviews actually, as I have had nothing but positive visits to Little India! Very highly recommended

Little India serves the most delicious food. However the desserts were really out of the world.The restaurant has a very unique atmosphere, which made me feel relaxed and just be with the moment. The best thing i liked is the people who worked there and the food they prepared for us. It was completely a unique sense of feeling.

I went to Little India for lunch for the first time Saturday, February 27, and I loved it. The hot food was delicious and so was the naan bread (yummy). I ate more than I expected! It was pretty busy at 1pm but that did not take away from the service or the abundance of food. No items were unavailable, all the trays were full and hot. (buffet).



I thought the service was exceptional, someone was always there to offer more water or ask how I was doing or answer any questions I had. The waiter for my table even brought me over a small plate of food and told me it was an appetizer. It was food that they had on the buffet (cold food) chickpeas and sauces, yogurts, and crunchy things that he had created for me to try. I would have never done that on my own and I enjoyed it very much. I thought that was very thoughtful. I probably would have stuck to the original hot food never trying the other.



Speaking of hot, yes it was spicier than other Indian restaurants I've tried in comparison but I like spice so that was right up my alley. I didn't find it overly hot/spicy though. Perhaps one dish surprised me but I still enjoyed and ate it all. There were dishes there that I had not tried before. The price was great as well.



I relished in the desserts. The pretzel shaped item (sorry I don't know the name of it), was the best I'd sampled anywhere. The fresh fruit was just that "fresh" and there were some nice puddings and a square with nuts that I enjoyed as well (melt in your mouth, similar to shortbread). If however you have your heart set on a chocolate fountain, there was not one. But the rest made up for it :) I'm looking forward to eating there again.



I was on that side of town for an appointment and therefore went by myself and did not feel uncomfortable at all doing so. Thank-you for the great experience Little India and staff.

Great Food, Great Service, variety of dishes to choose from , Clean & good Ambiance, Menu is extensive, Full Bar. Must visit to take the culinary experience to another level. Highly recommended.

Nice buffet with excellent price. During buffet they will clean your table and plates about 4 to 5 times. That was awkward. And they usually pass you tissue after every 5 minutes. So you can expect someone at your table every moment. Other than that food was yummy and fresh.

Love this place.... Lunch buffet is awesome! I'm not a person for alot of spice and this food was perfect for my pallet. I've attempted to visit this place twice now in Jan 2018 to find it closed. No recording on the phone when called...... Not sure if it still exists so I wouldn't purchase any Groupons for this company!

Worst service, my son was excited abou dosa, person told us that it will take some time, we are having buffet and my son was waiting for dosa, after one and half hour, he tired for waiting dosa, at the time of paying bill, i just inform respectly that we didnt receive order of dosa, a person told so rudely that i told you that it will take time,

We just pay the bill and left restaurant, will suggest everyone that poor service and no costumer service, when i was paying the bill another cosumer was ahead and he was given some curry and it was expired than person on the till give him free ! I stongly suggest that they have also some food handling issue and serving expire food!

Worst service ever we were 9 People gone for dinner we all were so excited but people working at night shift are stupid we asked for plate and one of the worker said that how much people would eat . it was 9.25pm Worker didn't allow us to take sweets and took out utensils . and one of the worker said u should go now Bec its 10 min past 9.30 we spend around 300 dollars . They over charged us for buffet as well

We will never go again .

Terrible experience!!!! Delivery took 1 hour 45 mins- 45 minutes longer than said it would be. Food was cold, order was not correct and whilst eating the butter chicken my fiancé bit into a SCREW!! Called to tell them they said oh sorry. I had to go to the restaurant with the screw to prove it happened. Spent 30 minutes arguing to try and get a refund. They would only give us a refund if we left the screw with them even though Alberta health services advised us not to.



Worst experience ever!!!!
