Greicy Perez, violist

Venezuelan violist, Greicy Perez began her musical studies at age 12 when she became a member of “El Sistema”, The National System of Youth and Children Orchestras of Venezuela, in which she had the opportunity to develop both her teaching and playing skills.
Ms. Greicy moved to North America in 2006 where she studied with many internationally known musicians, among them are Rictor Noren, Ellersick Joan, Naomi Delafield and Aaron Au. She has appeared in solo recitals, as well as various orchestral and chamber ensembles throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Iceland and Venezuela. In 2013, she earned a Bacherlors in Viola Performance from Burman University, Lacombe. Alberta.
Ms. Greicy enjoys playing in chamber groups and teaching violin and viola at her studio, where she welcomes students of all ages and levels.
