Esteem Alignment! What is it and Why does it matter so much?

We often have areas in our lives that We seem to struggle in, on an ongoing basis! What happens is We see the “problem(s) as the cause, and, the actual “root(s) of these areas get overlooked, so there is an ongoing “battle within” and we end up feeling out of balance or out of Alignment!
There are MANY causes for this to happen, a job loss, relationship loss, critical person(s) of influence, sabotage from within, in fact, there is an endless list of causes! Whatever “it” is that is /has caused this to happen, when You are struggling in this area it shows up in so many negative and, destructive ways!
Could Your Esteem be out of alignment? When Your Esteem is out of alignment, Your inner foundation is not strong, and, You are not “equipped” to deal with certain areas in your life and /or create what You want /need in Your life!
When we get “kicked out of alignment”, it is the EFFECTS (symptoms) that produce feelings of anguish, frustration, and even despair! You take, and, stay in jobs /careers that You know You are better than. You end up stuck in toxic relationships, or a LACK of relationships. Not knowing how to have fun anymore, avoiding social situations. Failure to set and /or complete goals! Your overall appearance, weight gain /loss, the way Your dress, even signs of early aging! Again the list is endless! No matter what the perceived cause or effect(s) are, if You are struggling in any of these area’s You know it on the inside, and, it can be very hard to know what to do about it!
