Phenomenal staff and doctors. The front desk and support staff always diligently respond to my emails and Dr.Ajala went above and beyond to try and get my Victoza covered by my Insurance.

Great and helpful. Problem is they never remind you of your appointment or call back when you call.

The doctor and staff are great. My only concern is that they don't call to give you a reminder about your appointment or call to say you missed an appointment. I know we should be tracking our appointments but my mom is a patient here and very forgetful. It would really help her out.
