Lochy Monsters Clothing is a family owned retail store. We focus on mid to high end children's clothing and have expanded to include mens and ladies. We have a country cabin store located 15 minutes southwest of Sylvan Lake, just off of highway 781.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The majority of items are shipped Canada-wide using Canada Post. There are two options for shipping - tracked and untracked. If you choose tracked shipping you will be assigned a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have shipped. If you choose untracked shipping (extra small packet, light packet or small packet), you will be messaged once the package has been shipped. Once the untracked item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We are not responsible for replacing lost items unless the item has a tracking number. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. Shipping STARTS at $3. 00 ($12 for tracked) in Canada.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact Lochy Monsters Clothing via facebook for an exchange or refund within 3 days of receipt. ALL tags must be in place and item must still be in unused condition. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOCAL PURCHASES
Our store has set hours and is also open by appointment. The customer is responsible for bringing items back to the store for refund /exchange. Meeting places are set up occasionally throughout the month and will be posted as a pin to the top of our page. It is up to the customer to show up within posted times. A 25% deposit is required to hold items starting January 2nd. Deposits on held items are non-refundable. This helps to ensure we avoid no-shows.
