Good place and nice staffs. They have a very good photo service.

Used to be a fan of LD but I stopped in here yesterday, they are selling clothes !? I found some jeans I was interested in... where do you try them on? Asked at customer service and had to wait for "the manager" to get off the phone. He did and the rep asked if I could, his response was an immediate rude "NO" in such a pricky tone and expression. i was so effing irritated, how are people supposed to buy clothes that they cannot try on #marketingfail. Whoever the genius is at LD that thought selling clothes without a changing room - deserves to be working at walmart. The 'manager' that I had to listen to yesterday needs to be demoted back to customer service to relearn how to treat / speak to CUSTOMERS. My money is what the store is after, I spent NOTHING yesterday at LD and will not be back

This location needs an update. It's getting old.

Things are cramped and their selection suffers from that.

The staff are generally friendly but I have had a couple surely people in the camera and electronic department.

As far as camera selection this location is rivaled only by The Camera Store and Saneal Cameras (downtown location). They have access to products from Nikon (like the D5) that few of there locations in the entire chain have access to. Great AVS department as well. Excellent record selection and record players. Lovely staff. My favorite location of theirs in the whole city!

The staff of the electronics department is very attentive to answer any questions you may have.

I went in to get a hair straightener, and first of all none of them are in boxes so you cant see any of them which started all this. I chose an empty box and brought it up to customer service asking them to bring it out so i could see what it looked like. The girl that brought up the item had brown dreadlocks and 5 o'clock shadow on her chin, and was so rude to me when i was asking her if she could bring the other models up so i could see what they looked like. She kept telling me to look at the boxes even though the boxes are empty on the shelf and would not help me. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere and as i was leaving she yelled at me very snide comments in front of other customers, my friend, and other employees. I have never experienced such horrid customer service in my life and all because i asked to see some product that was hidden from customers as its a high theft item. She would not let me speak, and she was giving me attitude like you wouldnt believe infront of everyone! She could have easily brought the other models up so i could see them but with attitude refused to do so acting as if i was requesting her to do the funky chicken.
