Excellent staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. London Drugs in general is usually a pretty safe bet.

I can always find what I am looking for and often leave with more. Staff are always helpful here when I am looking for something and willing to help.

Horrible service... snotty sales rep. Was spending hundreds of dollars... ended up walking out. This day an age with company's struggling to keep customers... poor choice on their part. Will not shop there again.

There is friendly service in store, but they need to make a policy that their staff shouldn't take smoke breaks right in front of the store. Every time I go there, I have to breath in second hand smoke just to walk through the doors. Reflects very poorly on the store.

Great selection of organic products for adults and children. Prices are always competitive and the staff service has always been great. I have not been to any other location but Brentwood has been my go to. Keep up the great job!

Neil at the cash register gave me the best check-out experience I have every had at any store. He was friendly, personable, and even pointed out a cool new rewards system in a non-pushy way. I wish every time that I payed I could have an experience like the one that Neil delivered. 10/10
