Place looked great. However walked into look at a e class amg, sales man never came up to me, or offered to help. They were all in the office chatting. I waited maybe 20 minutes. Found a lot attendant, asking him to get someone for me flat out refused and said he would not do that. I have never seen such terrible service. Even waited around in front and no one offered to help. What a waste of time.

It took 1 week to fix a signal issue. They gave me a loaner, which was nice, but a much bigger car than what I was used to. I scratched a hub cap. I had to pay $175 dollars so they could fix the hubcap. I need a bigger car and was considering buying the loaner car model. I told the manager he just lost a sale. He did not care. He would rather have a fixed hubcap than the purchase of a new car. Don't buy a car here if they can't do the math. I suppose if I was wearing a suit I would have been treated differently.

Great experience with my cars fist service, called to advise I had a meeting and needed to drop my car and run. They had my loaner ready for me and I was in and out in minutes. When I came to pick up my vehicle Tristan in sales showed me all my options for a new SUV. Impressed and will always recommend lone star Mercedes

What a nest of incompetence... 2008 ML 320 CDI. Parts department: I believe they hate their job or maybe the customers, maybe both. No patience, arrogance and right out outrage when questioned or in doubt about their knowledge. But...Oil leaks. Everybody knows this is a common problem with the 3.0 diesel. I am willing to put on with it because of the performance and overall durability. However...the "advisers" have absolutely no clue about what they're talking about. The ML went back 4 times before (almost) all leaks were fixed. I got the sensation they just went by the book without ever trying to locate the leak. I know a lot about Mercedes cars and I asked to talk directly to the mechanic so he can explain to me more clearly, I am sure. Arrogance again. They called me to ask how much oil I prefer to put in my transmission because "some transmissions can drain the torque converter and some don't". I said "well, you tell me if this one does". They didn't know. They said id doesn't. Guess what, after doing that service myself after 2 years, I found the little plug, the converter needed to be rotated by hand. Anyway...the overall feel is that they grab your cash with inflated bills so that you get fed up and buy a new one. Then you get a "5 star" service, like a "happy buyer" mentioned in a post. Of course, you spend another hundred thousand. Then they buy "the old one" for nothing and resell it as a "pre-loved". I try to avoid this dealership as much as I can.

Bought my Mercedes GLE450 a year ago and took it in for service for the first time. I'm a first time owner of a Mercedes so everything was a brand new experience for me. Well, I was very impressed and I could not find any area that could be improved on. Absolute first class in every regard, right down to knowing when the courtesy van was going to pick me up as you can follow it on GPS map that Mercedes provides. That put the service level over the top as it was a nice touch.

We have purchased our 2nd Mercedes from Lone Star and Sean Parkinson has been our sales rep for both vehicles. We have switched from BMW to Mercedes as a result of Sean's professionalism and knowledge with Mercedes vehicles. We would highly recommend Sean for future purchases.

Wanted to leave a note of appreciation to the staff at Lone Star and especially the salesman Dennis that helped us into our new C43 AMG. He was extremely knowledgeable, easily approachable, not pushy and the kind of man that exudes the feeling of trust. We are very pleased with the car. We would also like to give a shout out to Kevin "the delivery ninja" whom helped us to understand all the features of our beauty. He was very thorough and truly knows his %4?!* T.... 5 stars doesn't do this dealership true justice.

Talking about basic customer service? You won't find it here. You will have better luck at home depot. I've never been so frustrated dealing with the parts department ever before. They don't answer or care for peoples concerns. Makes me think they hate their job and don't want to be there. Worst part about it is that this is not the first time.

Its sad to say this but im very disappointed with (Lone Star). This is not what I expect from such a high end luxury dealer.
