We offer high quality designer brand name clothes for both boys and girls ranging from 4-12 years of age. Loobeloo provides your child with clothes that are in style for everyday functional wear. We are devoted to bringing you wearable clothing which embraces the innocence of childhood. • SHIPPING:
In stock items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. All items will ship via Canada post. You will receive an email when your order ships. Preorder items will be shipped within 48 hours of their arrival at our warehouse provided that the items have been paid in full.

We will ship your order, directly to the address of your choice. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive within 2-6 business days with in Canada and 7-10 business days internationally. Additional charges may apply for remote areas.

Please note: business days do not include weekends.

Loobeloo is not responsible for lost orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. We also will not be held libable for any stolen items or incorrect shipping addresses that were provided.

Please note: No refund /credit will be given for shipping and handling charges.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable fees, charges or taxes including but not limited to, sales taxes and home delivery charges.

However, it is possible that some items, sizes and /or colours will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order. In some cases, we may offer you a substitution.

Our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations.

Loobeloo accepts VISA, and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or COD for online orders

Please note that you must email Customer Service at service@loobeloo. ca if you would like to return or exchange an item.

Returning or exchanging an item without notification and pre-authorization will not be accepted and any items received will be sent back to you at your expense.

Once we have received the returned product, and sent out the new item(s), we will apply a charge of $7. 95 + tax to the same credit card that your original order was placed with, for re-shipping fees.

*Merchandise eligible for return and /or exchange must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in their original packaging.

All altered products are considered as FINAL SALE.

Due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of undergarments, swimwear bottoms and hair accessories these products are considered FINAL SALE. No swimwear will be returned or exchanged at Loobeloo. There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale merchandise.
