I am a witch. Take whatever you want from that statement - but it’s who I am. I am magical. I believe that love is the ultimate power. I am rational, but also very dreamy. I have tolerance. I have patience. I am constantly working on myself and my love affair with my soul.
To start this year off right, I am doing three things for 2019: ⭐️Journaling EVERY day ⭐️Practicing yoga once a week ⭐️Celebrating every single Sabbat

Yes!! Exercise is amazing for our mental health. It’s not just about looking good and building massive muscle (although let’s be honest, that doesn’t suck either), but exercise in general, even just a 30 min walk a day, connects us to our own bodies and releases dopamine to improve motivation, focus, and learning. Science! I love this ❤️❤️

I’ve read a lot prior to this announcement regarding talc + cornstarch, which is why I decided to start making baby powder that does NOT include these ingredients.
Fantastic news that Health Canada is warning Canadians about this now!
... **for those if you that don’t know, cornstarch isn’t cancerous but can cause yeast infections and I feel there are better options in a natural baby powder.**
