I have Been practicing the art of reiki for two years , became certified a year ago. practiced yoga for the past 8 years, became certified a year ago . Reiki treatments help with insomnia , stress, anxiety , disorders, depression , physical and emotional pain. After treatments patients feel rejuvenated , at peace and with amazing energy ! As a yoga Instructer I offer group and personal classes for all ages including children, seniors and people with disabilities.
