I haven't had the greatest experiences with this store in the past and so I was a little apprehensive about bringing a used cracking bag back to the store. I shouldn't have been! The staff was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. After looking at the cracking on my bag they noted a known issue and offered me a credit towards a new bag that was in excess of what I paid for the bag in the first place. They helped me to select the perfect replacement bag and I couldn't be happier. Thank you
Quick and easy only needed a wallet. The Edmonton store did have better selection and nicer staff.
