Loved this place. Nothing like the other shisha lounges in the city, it's classy, more modern, fun place to enjoy with your friends, I would have to say 18 Lounge is the competition. And the service is amazing every time, specially last weekend our server Katie was awesome!!!! :)

Love the atmosphere, good music, accomodating staff and great drinks. What more can you ask for.

It is one of the most exotic places of Calgary. Love the food and service. Excellent will recommend to all.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Food is delicious and drinks are amazing! Love the music they play at night, I liked every song! Bartenders are great as well but I had one problem with one of the waitresses there. I wish I could remember her name. First, I was standing in the hallway waiting for my bf to get out of bathroom. I must have been standing in the way of the staff room because when she walked by me, she literally pushed me out of the way, didn't even say excuse me. Then, I ordered a 9 oz of Pinot grigio. She said "Um, we don't do that here, we only do 9 oz of Chardonnay". I said "oh weird cuz when we had the other waitress at our other table she got me a 9 oz of Pinot" "well we don't do that here! Only Chardonnay" ( imagine her voice being really snobby and condescending)so I repeated myself again and then said you can ask her. She got all huffy and said "fine I will!" And stormed off. She came back, dragging the other waitress over, clearly bringing her over in hoping to humiliate me. She explained to her what I wanted and the other girl said, ya, we do serve 9oz of Pinot and explained why. The waitress got pissed and stormed off again and then brought me my drink. I'm still shocked she talked to me that way!!!! Like grow up???? This isn't high school. Then anytime any of us asked for our bill (it was a big group) she argued with us and got mad saying she can't split it up and we should have said to in the beginning (which we did). We said, well if we know what we ordered why can't you just get us the bill. She still argued but did it after a few minutes. Anyways I will definitely return to this place, I will just make sure to not sit in her section. I hope the manager reads this because she is not someone you want representing your business.

Great place. I've been to most of the sheesha places around Calgary. This place is by far the best. When i go for sheesha i go here and you should to! The staff here are all great... the boss is in often and always makes his way around to meet and greet.

Finally a classic Ultra-Lounge. A place to meet friends, have some cocktails, hookah, and great food! Enough of the beer houses....its about time! This place is the Ultimate night spot!

Calgary is lucky to have a spot like this and right in the heart of 17th. Music on Fridays is amazing

This place is terrible. The service is very poor, one time we were refused service because they were closing soon, meanwhile two other tables got shisha 20 mins after we came in. The shisha is so bad and only lasts 30 minutes, and it's VERY expensive. Oh and did I mention it's a DRUG FRONT? Went in one night and watched as person after person traded drugs for cash right in front of out table.

The amount of disrespect and lack of professionalism I experienced last night blows my mind. Not only did I not feel safe after being threatened, push then followed out, security and management did nothing about it. They simply told me "hes a regular, we have more important things to deal with right now, come back on monday". I will not be returning. Safety for your costumers should always be your number one priority,(especially for girls)- not money. I was also here a few weeks ago and ordered some chicken wings, I took a bite out of them and they were RAW. I was going to let that go because mistakes happen and management was very apologetic about it, but after last night, I'm going to make it a mission to let everyone know, how you guys like to run your business. Its sickening.

Don't even waste your time on this place. I could write a novel on this scabby outfit and how terrible they treat their customers. Even when you are invited by one of the staff that someone in your party knows personally. Absolute garbage. Would not recommend to anyone.
