Myself and my girlfriend went to Lowe's today looking for tub surround and tubs. We finally found a man who started to help us and then he said wait here and I will send someone else to talk to you. We stood around for about 15 minutes with no show and saw the original guy talking with someone else and he completely ignored us. We will never shop there again. There was no effort to help us at all. Don't like standing around waiting for nothing.

Worst customer services ever. Called ahead to check price and when I drove all the way out there the price they gave me on the phone was wrong. Management did nothing to correct the mistake. Every time I come in the store it takes almost 20 minutes to get through a till if they are even around... All the staff running the tills don't know what they are doing half the time. I will never return to this store for anything I need for my house. Home depot is 1000 times better. You suck lowes.

this store is terrible for customer service, alot of the staff have no clue what they're doing. they're suppose to help with your home projects but these guys makes it worst. we were here one evening to add a door to our delivery, cashier said to go to customer service because they dont know how to do it. went to customer service and she obviously had no clue also. she processed what we needed with some struggles but the day of delivery, our door never showed up. had to go back and waste more time to fix it.

Organization is well laid out, but customer service is severely lacking.

The everyday prices here are also generally more expensive than competitors, mainly Home Depot (even if it is by a small margin). Customer service at all levels is terrible. I was trying to build a simple storage shelving unit for my garage and needed some help with a few things, such as getting a melamine board cut in half, and figuring out which types of screws to get to properly mount the brackets to the drywall/studs and melamine board.

First, they are not properly staffed - it's like the employees are actively avoiding customers. Every time at competitors, I am either at least greeted by an employee, or asked if I am finding everything OK.

Second, their staff are not properly trained. When asking to get my melamine board cut at the lumbar department, the employee asked me to pay for the board first, "Because I don't want to accidentally break the board or anything". Great. So he wanted me to pay for the board in case he broke it while cutting it in half, so that it would be my problem.

I was then asking what types of screws I should use in order to properly mount the brackets. The gentleman at the hardware section clearly had no idea what he was talking about. There were several moments of silence as he read the description panels for which types of screws do what, and he led me on a wild goose chase up and down the aisle as he himself tried to figure out what to do.

I ended up leaving without the board or the shelving hardware, as I had such a bad experience.

It's a shame Lowe's doesn't properly train their employees for specific knowledge before putting them on the floor. I'd avoid this location at all costs.

Lowe's is the worst place ever. Every product I have bought here is junk. Then try to return anything is the worst thing ever, always a fight. I would rather get all my teeth pulled then deal with Lowe's again. There price match is a joke. Would not honor their own policy when shown the items. That's the last straw. Please save your time and headache and go elsewhere. At least Home Depot will honor there products and return them if you are not happy.

I will not shop here again. I've been to this location numerous times. They have good stock and I can usually find what I'm looking for but I can't ever recall an associate approaching me. But the other day, they took their poor customer service to a new level. I wanted to price match with a local competitor. I followed their policy to the letter (I price match often). They kept me waiting for about 10-15 minutes, refused to price match and couldn't show me the which rule I didn't follow. Then they said "this store has their own price match policy". At this point I left and will not return. I went to another Lowe's and did the price match without hassle.

I takes a lot to get a bad review from me. Congratulations, Lowe's CrossIron.

Horrible customer service. I am told something different about promotions every time I go in or phone. A flooring representive pointed our 3 or 4 specific floors that were going on 15% off the following week so I called the next week to find out that was not true at all. They said try back on Wednesday as the new flyer was coming out so I called only to be told flyers come out on Thursday. Also, I was laughed at when I asked what 20 mil vinyl flooring they had in stock and was told they had never heard of it. I walked them to some examples and explained to them how durability ratings work on vinyl floors. I am buying my floor at Home Depot, they have excellent service.

I am not happy with their customer service at all. I called in yesterday to customer service regarding a promotion they have going on that if you purchase a BBQ you get the BBQ cover for free. I informed the lady that I had purchased a BBQ and cover a week ago and wanted to see if there was anything that could be done or if they could honor the current promotion. She put me on hold to speak to a manager and when she came back on the line she said I would have three days to go in and provide my receipt and they would refund me the money I paid for the BBQ cover. However, I drove all the way up there today and went to customer service and provided my receipt to another lady who then tells me there is nothing they can do and that the lady I spoke with yesterday was probably new and didn't know what she was talking about. When I mentioned the lady spoke with a manager she just shrugged her shoulders and I asked her if she could go talk with the manager and she said that she wouldn't because he would say the same thing that she is. Not impressed that when a customer asks for a manager the store employee thinks its okay to say no.

This Store is very disgraceful and does not take measures to ensure staff members are to be treated fairly with equal rights and believes! They accuse people of wrong doing when they do not have evidence, I was a employee here and this place is a joke, Go to Sunridge Lowes instead, I worked at sunridge and everyone treats everyone fair at Sunridge with great help and expertise. We would unload a 500 piece trailer in a full shift and at Sunridge we would unload a full 1000 piece trailer in 2 hours.
""They say oh we are so nice here and way better than Sunridge"" I Doubt that, ASN John is the only awesome ASN working today if he is still working. A.J is full of non-sence. They don't take care of items being unloaded just tossing them all around the warehouse smashing into some with a forklift, Mostly Fridges and Stoves. What a joke here.

visited this store not long ago to get new plumbing for my aquarium and at that moment i didn't really know what i needed. Ken from the plumbing department went out of his way to help me out. he was very patient with me and helped me find everything i needed. my tank is running great now!

Ordered online, and phoned when I didn't receive the "order is ready for pick-up email". Was told they had to inspect the machine before releasing and would call back. No one called, but I did eventually receive the email.

Went in to pick up my mower and was told they had to grab it, no problem.

20 minutes - Was told it wasn't "staged" so they had to locate it.

40 minutes later - my original associate had left without notice, so I started over again with someone new when no one came with my mower. Was told they couldn't find it but they could refund it and sell me another one for $800 more. This was not acceptable as the difference should have been $200 with the online discounts I had received. Requested to speak to the manager and they left to get someone.

50 minutes - found out the had resumed searching. No manager came as requested.

Maybe 60 minutes - another customer is swearing loudly at the supervisor because, as best as I can tell, they gave him the wrong trailer info to register so he has to get new plates and registration again.

Approx 75 minutes - was told they had found my mower in "the cage and just had to get it out. Was told to wait in lumber.

90+ minutes - I loaded my mower.
Manager didn't bother to speak to me, staff who loaded me said he was sorry but was mostly just angry because "it's not his job to find stuff".
Machine wasn't uncrated; let alone inspected or even assembled. I left, and will not return.
