Always great friendly service. Good record keeping. I feel they aren't trying ever trying to sell something I don't need.

We've been using Lube Town for a long time and with different vehicles over the years. We've always found the staff friendly, happy, and very, very helpful. I've never felt pressured to have extra things done. They explain what's up and what they're doing. They're honest and truly care about optimal customer service. Best place to go for oil changes and other minor things.

What an awesome experience, definitely the most helpful and honest place in Southern Alberta!

Not only were they already closed, the gm of both locations personally spend 45 minutes helping to locate a prior oil leak on a newly purchased used vehicle.

I have been going to Lube Town for 8 years. The employees there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have me in and out in usually in 10mins. Today they noticed I needed one of my belts replaced. So happy they told me as I have a 7 hrs drive in a few days. I would totally recommend Lube Town.

Customer service is awesome, the staff give recommendations on what your vehicle needs but no pressure to do it. They understand that time is important and will get you in and out as soon as they can. I have had no problems with the products they have put into my truck.
