I recently did a mole removal from my face (right side) at @lucereskin and I am so happy with the result. Dr. Taher is calm and really cool. He cares about his patients and knows what is doing. His staff are receptive and knowledgeable. The procedure wa...s so quick, took around 10 minutes and personally it wasn’t painful for me at all. . This picture is taken 2 weeks after the procedure. Although I was hesitant to remove my mole, the reason I did is because I was scared it would keep growing bigger in the future. The staff at Lucere are AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating. I had an appointment with Chelsea who unfortunately was unable to make it in due to her kids being sick, they had Norrie fill with zero hassle and she was fantastic! Another time I showed up an hour early... without a word, they accommodated me and fit me in no problem. I didn't realize I'd gone early until I noticed the time on my drive back to work. DUH!

Always so very friendly and not to mention they do a fantastic job... well trained and professional while keeping me comfortable and happy! VERY satisfied client here and will recommend Lucere to everyone I know :)

I have been to Lucere Dermatology many times to receive a variety of cosmetic procedures. Each and every time I am greeted with a warm welcome and receive great service! I usually see nurse Holly Lebelt, she is fantastic at what she does! I am always happy with each and every procedure! I am absolutely amazed at how well my recent appointments at Lucere went. I am terrified of needles (let alone needles in my face) but somehow Norrie made it virtually painless. I had my first appointment with Chelsey and she was very professional and WOW, the stuff that girl knows......she was able to answer all my questions and she did a great job of trying to relax me. I had Isolaz treatments done by Roxanne and she was also amazing. I’ve yet to find a business that had such outstanding service from so many people. Doctor Taher does a great job of addressing medical concerns and he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever.. at the same time he maintains a level of professionalism. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend Lucere to anyone with medical and/or cosmetic needs. Thank you to the staff. Your amazing service hasn’t gone unnoticed.

I always receive the best treatment there. Dr. Taher is amazing with my daughter and I. His kind happy nature is contagious. Holly and all the nurses are experts at what they do and always make me feel relaxed and in good hands. Everyone at Lucere is great and I highly recommend them!

I always love my visits to Lucere! Holly is such a patient sweetheart who makes you feel comfortable and makes sure she shares all her knowledge to you thoroughly. Holly is an amazing injector. Not only is she beautiful on the outside, she is equally as beautiful on the inside! She takes her time to listen to the results you want while giving her professional opinion. Coming from someone who is INSANELY picky about my results I can truthfully say I trust Holly 110% with my face! Extremely talented & a delight to be around... what are you waiting for?!



Also if you’ve had work done elsewhere this woman is a magician at corrections!!

Holly is amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable and explains the entire process along the way. She tailors the facial to your skin and takes however long she needs to get the best quality job done and make you look refreshed. I highly recommend Holly and Lucere Dermatology.

I have been a client at Lucere for close to a year now and I can’t say enough positive comments about the results I’ve obtained or the customer service I receive from the staff. (Tanya is my favourite!!!) While my clinic services are always effective and timely, the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because waiting times to see Dr Taher can be a bit excessive - but the man can’t help if he is in high demand!! I highly recommend Lucere!

Prepare to wait and then wait some more! They don’t respect your time at all. Good Customer service here is only for the paying customers. The rest of us are shuffled in and out as quickly and carelessly as possible.



Finally in to see the nurse. She doesn’t ask about family history or anything. Skin cancer runs in my family. And I had more than one concern which I had to tell her about before she darted out of the room. She wasn’t big on customer service maybe because I was annoyed from waiting so long. Oh well. I should be thankful I am now waiting for the doctor, right?



Doctor Taher comes in. It's officially 1 hour past my scheduled appointment. He zips through everything in about 5 minutes and that’s no exaggeration. Writes a prescription (which I find out later is not available in Edmonton due to a manufacturer shortage so thank you for that useful prescription). Tells me the mole I have isn't worth removing. The scar would be bigger. That's BS. My doctor in Calgary removed my moles all the time. I guess he also doesn't care about the fact that skin cancer runs in my family. Really? This is how he dismisses my concern. I take moles seriously and so have my previous doctors. This guy is something else.



With my less than 5 minute appointment maybe now he will be back on schedule for the rest of his patients.



I will go back to my regular Dr and get a referral to a different dermatologist as this was very disappointing and useless visit. I don't care how nice Dr Taher was it wasn't worth it.

I do not recommend buying anything from this place. Their skincare line is harsh and they won’t exchange or refund your money if you have a reaction. Poor customer service. Was excited to try some of their services but after this experience I would be too scared to trust them with my skin.

If you saw his face after just a few uses, you would not have suggested he keep using it.
