We visited this location today from out of town looking to replenish our arsenal of lush products to fill out our bathroom. We were greeted by just the most welcoming, bubbly, energetic sales associate Maddie (Madi? Maddy? We didnвАЩt ask for the spelling...). Not only did we find the products we were looking for but we got some amazing advice on some new products to try out! IвАЩm really excited to try out the shower Jelly Whoosh, and my partner wonвАЩt stop talking about how excited she is to shower so she can try out the conditioner American Cream! Maddie was incredible and service and advice like that will bring us back to this location any time!

We just found out my mother has an allergy to propylene glycol and we decided to go to lush because I heard from a friend they are super naturel. When we got there a lovely associate by the name of Reid came and helped us get everything we needed free of the glycol. Even tho we had to read a ton of labels he was totally envested in us as customers and helping my mom get the hygienic products that she could actually use. Not to mention his huge knowledge of the products and personal experience. He used all the resources that he could and even gave us a pamphlet with all the ingredients for all the stuff in the store so we could look through. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to that store because of the service I received.

Today I went into Lush looking for things I would like for my birthday. An amazing lady named Sylvan helped me find exactly what I needed for my oily, breakout prone, sensitive skin! She took her time explaining exactly what every product does for my skin, the ingredients in each product and sampled each product on my arms and hands! She even listed each product out for me on a catalogue so I can tell friends and family which products I liked and have a look at the ingredient list and other products!



She then proceeded to send me on my way with a sample of each product I tested that I liked!! Im so excited to try them out on my face tonight!! пњљ I've never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! пњљ

Today I went into Lush looking for one item, a facial cleanser to remove make-up and tackle some skin care concerns. I was approached by a lovely human named Alex, she explained to me that only one cleanser really removes make up and also offered to help me find a scrub that would tackle some t-zone concerns. Alex was very knowledgeable I have combo skin mainly dry sensitive with typical oil zones around the nose. Not only was she able to assist me in finding a cleanser, she also paid full attention to my concerns and let me take home a couple samples to try on my T-Zone. Those of which she allowed me to sample on my hand in store. They were very gentle which is necessary for my skin type and I am very excited to try them at home.



On top of this Alex is a killer upseller in a non-pushy way, which I can appreciate. It felt like shopping around with a friend. Alex paid attention to scents I seemed to enjoy and recommended several products based on what I enjoy. I don't mind a good upseller, when the person pays attention. I think I left today with a total of 5 items, and 2 samples (which I intend to come back for.)



I was super impressed with my overall experience with Alex and to be completely honest, If I didn't love Lush so much, and didn't want future product knowledge from Alex I'd try to recruit her myself. :)

Today I went into Lush for the very first time, and IвАЩm hooked!! Absolutely wonderful staff!! I will be back for sure!! I cannot stop talking about these amazing products!!

Every sales associate was kind and helpful, demo'ed any product I wanted to try on my skin, and were more than happy to send me home with samples of products that I was on the fence about purchasing. Lush Chinook is the best location in the city and I will never hesitate to go back. Thanks to all the staff there :)

I shopped at Lush on Friday Nov 27; I had never been in a LUSH store, but really appreciate the theme of ethical and sustainable practices. Kayla showed me to the shampoo bars, which is what I wanted to buy, and took the time to figure out my needs and wants to suggest the best bar. She then took the time to show me the entire store and all of the products to give me a really thorough view of what LUSH has to offer. I was not only impressed by her interest and passion for the products, but I also just had fun discussing them and also LUSH's values. Kayla was great, and I left with two shampoo bars, a conditioner bar, a tin, and a charity pot lotion. Highly recommend this location! Thanks, Kayla!

I love lush! I've been a loyal lushie for years and years, and every time I go into the Chinook Lush (which is, frankly, a LOT) I always get spectacular service. It's really a stress reliever to go in, get shown all the new products, and get fun demos! Jordan is always crazy-helpful and always lets me know what's coming out in the next little while.



Seriously, Lush is always the most fun place to stop into! Thanks for making it such an awesome place to shop!

I handed in my final paper of my undergrad last week and went to the mall to pick up a gift for my partner's mom. I ended up in Lush (my first time at the new Chinook location) where I had THE MOST AMAZING 11/10 experience. Mike, a Lush employee, spent a patient 10 minutes with me explaining the different types of fresh face masks, the different types of cleansers, and even shared his own skincare routine. I also had help from Alex, who was very supportive and extremely knowledgable about the products as well. Both of them were helpful in choosing samples and were so genuinely friendly and warm. I ended up buying a pot of the Brazened Honey face mask and I've already noticed that it has helped to brighten up my complexion while also reducing the visibility of my pores. I also LOVE the slight honey scent that stays with me for the rest of the evening after using it.



Highly recommend this store for their employees and customer services alone (but their product selection is great too!).

I had amazing service from Reid and Julia , their expert knowledge gave an edge on understanding the care that goes into their products. I love all the product that were recommended for me and they where not pushy about it they gave you the latitude to make your own decision. The product do exactly what they are suppose to do. Had an awesome experience at Lush today. It was my first time ever in Lush, thanks to Undercover Boss Canada. The staff did not disappoint. I love lush! I've been a loyal lushie for years and years, and every time I go into the Chinook Lush (which is, frankly, a LOT) I always get spectacular service. It's really a stress reliever to go in, get shown all the new products, and get fun demos! Jordan is always crazy-helpful and always lets me know what's coming out in the next little while.



Seriously, Lush is always the most fun place to stop into! Thanks for making it such an awesome place to shop!

I handed in my final paper of my undergrad last week and went to the mall to pick up a gift for my partner's mom. I ended up in Lush (my first time at the new Chinook location) where I had THE MOST AMAZING 11/10 experience. Mike, a Lush employee, spent a patient 10 minutes with me explaining the different types of fresh face masks, the different types of cleansers, and even shared his own skincare routine. I also had help from Alex, who was very supportive and extremely knowledgable about the products as well. Both of them were helpful in choosing samples and were so genuinely friendly and warm. I ended up buying a pot of the Brazened Honey face mask and I've already noticed that it has helped to brighten up my complexion while also reducing the visibility of my pores. I also LOVE the slight honey scent that stays with me for the rest of the evening after using it.



Highly recommend this store for their employees and customer services alone (but their product selection is great too!).

I had amazing service from Reid and Julia , their expert knowledge gave an edge on understanding the care that goes into their products. I love all the product that were recommended for me and they where not pushy about it they gave you the latitude to make your own decision. The product do exactly what they are suppose to do. Please ask for Reid or Julia or any of their very knowledge staff you will be please and delighted!

Had an awesome experience at Lush today. It was my first time ever in Lush, thanks to Undercover Boss Canada. The staff did not disappoint. Thank you to the gentleman who took the time to help me and my friend pick out bubble bars for our girls. They absolutely loved them! I always enjoy the products I purchase from LUSH, but today when I was shopping and taking my time looking through the gift boxes staff were distracting me and checking in on me to a level I found excessive. I felt pressured to make a quick decision rather than taking my time shopping and it made the experience unpleasant. This however might have been because of the number of people in the store this afternoon - staff might not have known I'd already been helped.

We visited this location today from out of town looking to replenish our arsenal of lush products to fill out our bathroom. We were greeted by just the most welcoming, bubbly, energetic sales associate Maddie (Madi? Maddy? We didnвАЩt ask for the spelling...). Not only did we find the products we were looking for but we got some amazing advice on some new products to try out! IвАЩm really excited to try out the shower Jelly Whoosh, and my partner wonвАЩt stop talking about how excited she is to shower so she can try out the conditioner American Cream! Maddie was incredible and service and advice like that will bring us back to this location any time!

We just found out my mother has an allergy to propylene glycol and we decided to go to lush because I heard from a friend they are super naturel. When we got there a lovely associate by the name of Reid came and helped us get everything we needed free of the glycol. Even tho we had to read a ton of labels he was totally envested in us as customers and helping my mom get the hygienic products that she could actually use. Not to mention his huge knowledge of the products and personal experience. He used all the resources that he could and even gave us a pamphlet with all the ingredients for all the stuff in the store so we could look through. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to that store because of the service I received.

Today I went into Lush looking for things I would like for my birthday. An amazing lady named Sylvan helped me find exactly what I needed for my oily, breakout prone, sensitive skin! She took her time explaining exactly what every product does for my skin, the ingredients in each product and sampled each product on my arms and hands! She even listed each product out for me on a catalogue so I can tell friends and family which products I liked and have a look at the ingredient list and other products!



She then proceeded to send me on my way with a sample of each product I tested that I liked!! Im so excited to try them out on my face tonight!! пњљ I've never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! пњљ

Today I went into Lush looking for one item, a facial cleanser to remove make-up and tackle some skin care concerns. I was approached by a lovely human named Alex, she explained to me that only one cleanser really removes make up and also offered to help me find a scrub that would tackle some t-zone concerns. Alex was very knowledgeable I have combo skin mainly dry sensitive with typical oil zones around the nose. Not only was she able to assist me in finding a cleanser, she also paid full attention to my concerns and let me take home a couple samples to try on my T-Zone. Those of which she allowed me to sample on my hand in store. They were very gentle which is necessary for my skin type and I am very excited to try them at home.



On top of this Alex is a killer upseller in a non-pushy way, which I can appreciate. It felt like shopping around with a friend. Alex paid attention to scents I seemed to enjoy and recommended several products based on what I enjoy. I don't mind a good upseller, when the person pays attention. I think I left today with a total of 5 items, and 2 samples (which I intend to come back for.)



I was super impressed with my overall experience with Alex and to be completely honest, If I didn't love Lush so much, and didn't want future product knowledge from Alex I'd try to recruit her myself. :)

Today I went into Lush for the very first time, and IвАЩm hooked!! Absolutely wonderful staff!! I will be back for sure!! I cannot stop talking about these amazing products!!

Just shopped there and was served by Brittney. IвАЩm always happy with the staff but Brittany went way above and beyond and made me a custom Easter gift for my daughter. Top shelf experiences like that make me happy to spend money. Great Job Brittany.

I went in today for some skin care. I can't remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was really informative and helped me pick some amazing products to meet my needs. Tried them all tonight and am so happy with everything I got пњљ They also let me switch out a product that I didn't like, which is a first because I mostly love everything they make пњљ

I went in on Friday to buy some new skin care products as I've been really struggling with my skin lately. I was able to chat with Brittany and she set me up with a ton of great products and really made me feel confident in what I was buying. She was extremely helpful, informative and made me feel so much better about myself when leaving the store. The products that were recommended by her seem to already be helping and I'm so thankful! Thank you Brittany!!

I was in Lush Chinook yesterday to grab a few things and ended up coming home with an entire haul! Every sales associate was kind and helpful, demo'ed any product I wanted to try on my skin, and were more than happy to send me home with samples of products that I was on the fence about purchasing. Lush Chinook is the best location in the city and I will never hesitate to go back. Thanks to all the staff there :)

I shopped at Lush on Friday Nov 27; I had never been in a LUSH store, but really appreciate the theme of ethical and sustainable practices. Kayla showed me to the shampoo bars, which is what I wanted to buy, and took the time to figure out my needs and wants to suggest the best bar. She then took the time to show me the entire store and all of the products to give me a really thorough view of what LUSH has to offer. I was not only impressed by her interest and passion for the products, but I also just had fun discussing them and also LUSH's values.
