MKC LTD is a locally owned Residential & Commercial Construction Company in Fairview, Alberta. Since our company launch in the year 2000, we’ve built and renovated incredible spaces for a variety of great companies and people.

Our Story

M. Kramer Construction Ltd. started as a sole proprietorship in 2000 under the name M. Kramer Enterprises and incorporated in May 2004.

Mike Kramer, President of M. Kramer Construction Ltd. , was born and raised in Fairview. After completing a Commercial Pilot License at the Calgary Flight Training Centre followed by a Marine Service Technician Diploma at Fairview College, Mike attended Fairview College & NAIT to complete certification as a Journeyman Carpenter. Although Mike has experience and education in a variety of fields he focuses his attention on his construction business.

Connie Kramer, Secretary of M. Kramer Construction Ltd. , completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics with a Major in Family Studies at the University of Alberta. Shortly after completing her education, she married Mike and moved to Fairview. Connie presently works full-time as the Family School Liaison for two of the local schools in addition to working part-time as secretary for M. Kramer Construction Ltd.

Mike & Connie Kramer reside in Fairview, Alberta with their two sons Mitchell and Mason.

National Home Warranty and New Home Buyer Protection System
M. Kramer Construction Ltd. stands behind what it builds. On occasions when deficiencies exist or repairs are required, we have responded in a timely manner and at the company’s expense. It has also been practice to follow-up with homeowners throughout the first year following construction – this provides them with an opportunity to identify any areas of concern.

Kramer Construction Ltd. has been a member of National Home Warranty since 2005. We have also been registered with the Alberta Government New Home Buyer Protection System since its inception.

M. Kramer Construction Ltd. is proud to volunteer time and skills to assist the community where we work and live.

Mike Kramer, President, has previously volunteered with Fairview Minor Hockey as a coach and assistant-coach and as Vice-President. For many years, Mike was also a Board Member of the Fairview Golf Club. Mike is also presently serving on the Heart of the Peace Economic Development Council.

Connie Kramer, Secretary, currently volunteers on the Fairview KidSport Board as well as the North Peace Regional Adult Learning Council. In the past, she has also participated as an active member of the Fairview Playschool Board, E. E. Oliver Parents’ Council and E. E. Oliver Playground Committee.

From volunteering our personal time and resources to build local playgrounds to participating as active members on various Boards, we support vibrant, healthy, happy homes and communities.
