Every member of their team is great at what they do & just all around very nice people. Very informative, assuring and the best kid of professional. I wish I knew ppl to recommend lol Never stop loving what you do, it shows!

Probably the best service I've had anywhere, really. The staff were super kind, prompt, and helpful. The reception, the hygienist, and Dr. Newbert, all fantastic.

I' ve been there a few times & yes the management changed a few times during that period also. But this 'new' Dr Newburg is very knowledgable, experienced, approachable, friendly, reliable efficient & down to earth. If I understand correctly, he has a dentistry degree from NYU, a university in New York.

The staff is diversed but understanding & compassionate. From my limited experience with them they seemed to have a quality oriented approach & not just concerned with facts & figures/$ amount of your bill. That is in the very capable & efficient hands of Tara the beautiful & accurate office accountant / receptionist. She handled my bills very well & never failed to deliver the best insurance coverage amount for me. Being 68 years of age & on Old Age Security, that figures prominently in my reason for wanting to be there & having her, Dr Newburg & the Team to be the choice for my Dental Health Provider.

PS I put new in quotes bc some of the reviews seemed to think the office changed over so many times it has become haphazard. I disagree. Under Dr Newburg's hand everything seem to be very well organized & steady.

The people over at Dental Choice are incredible people! I've had cleanings, fillings and my wisdom teeth removed here, and they have made all of these visits an overall great experience! Dr. Newbert is a great dentist with nothing but the best for his patients in mind. They were also more than generous when they honoured their estimate price when the bill was higher! I'd highly recommend this team to anyone and will be using them for all of my dental work!

Growing up, one truth seemed self-evident to me. Dentists and dental hygienists are the WORST. No matter what I did, or how I did it, I could never escape that frown of disapproval coupled with a lecture on brushing ones teeth, flossing, and ect, usually coupled with visual aids, and scare tactics. I hated going to the dentist.

MacLeod Dental was my first experience as an adult, and through the combination of excellent service, friendly staff, as well as probably some maturing of perspective on my part in regards to the evil nature of dentists in general, I had an excellent experience, and have been entrusting them with my dental health ever since.

Specifically, it has been a pleasure to get to know Dr. Michael Newbert. He went out of his way trying to make me as comfortable as possible, to the point of allowing me to listen to an Audiobook during a dental surgery to apply some fillings, and we've had a chance to discuss literature a couple times, which is something new in a dentist. Usually my conversations with dentists mostly revolve around them asking questions, and me gagging on my own spit.

Anyways, good work MacLeod Dental Choice team. Look forward to dealing with you in the future. (Just hopefully not a lot.)

Dr. Newbert and the staff are WONDERFUL!! They have been extraordinarily flexible and compassionate, the office is sparkling clean, and I am always greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. The experience here makes me feel confident and comfortable going to the dentist. I'm so thankful I found them!! :)

Well I can firmly say to my co-workers and friends that this is the best dentist I have ever had. The dentist Michael sat me down and explained to me what needs to be done and how he would go about doing things, I like to know what needs to happen and he explained the procedures and options available to me. He is a very standup guy previously we made an arrangement six months back and he still holds up his end of it today. All in all the dentist is 10/10

Now onto the hygienist Denisa....... one of the most lively people I have had the pleasure of meeting very happy and very informative on what needs to get done. In the past I may have dreaded getting my teeth cleaned because of how the hygienist berated me for not taking the proper care of my teeth but no longer do I dread it. Let it be know she also did a great job on popping my mouth pimple aswell (which 4 other practitioners did not care about) so she also gets a 10/10 and an A+ for effort as well

And finally the reception one of the main reasons I chose this dentist is that it did direct billing so i didn't have to do the hassle of paperwork and they do that perfectly so I don't have to worry about it. They are very happy and informative on appointments and insurance costs. Another thing I noticed was that when I walked in they actually remembered my name, that shocked me alot I dont often go to the dentist but they remembered my name and for that I will gladly continue to go them and continue to tell my co-workers to go to them as well 10/10

First choice dentist

I had a wonderful experience this time around, Mike the dentist was great, he took great care in helping me with my dental care, make sure everything was nicely done, and to top it off, having Denisa as my hygienist was great, she explain to me how to better care of my teeth, gave me suggestions , made sure Mike new my issues, with tmj and such, she is the best hygienist I ever had and Mike is a wonderful Dentist who really cares, and both make a great team! I hope I have both on my next visit.
