That’s right, we come to you! We work around your schedule and if your schedule changes further down the road we will do our best to adjust ours as well. Our business prides itself on putting our clients first.
Clients of MacNificent Fitness receive 100% of our attention. We provide you with customized training programs based on your goals, your results from the fitness assessment and with input from you of course. We are here to provide you with the knowledge and assist you in anyway that we can.

- You can go in and prep your meals - The meals can be prepped for you ... - They have ready to go freezer meals, and - Fresh to go meals
I highly recommend this place :).
I went and prepped my own meals for the week, which I found very handy. I just take the meal that I want to eat out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge for 1-2 days and cook it when I get home from work. Very handy!!
