Friendly staff that actually remember you if you go in a lot. Pop machine frequently have issues but can't beat 79cents for a huge lemonade !

This was my first time ever at a Mac's store. Filled up a froster cup with ice cream, The machine that says Froster twist on it. There was also some small cups there that had a sign that said for ice cream not froster. The machine says froster so obviously you would think it is a froster. I filled a smal cup that said froster in big white writing. Once and my friend and I had our cups full, the employee ran over and said " those are the wrong cups" I ask what should we do then" he said "I will charge you more like $7." I thought that was ridiculous. Then another employee come over and said "don't waste them, we will charge you 2.29." I then went to pay and the employee made my friend throw away his cup of ice cream because it wasn't the right one for his coupon. He then said " thanks for wasting after he told him to throw it away.
Once at the counter the other Employee tried to charge me $4 I called the other guy over and he made him change the price

I will never go there again that is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am 17 and have work at the saddle dome for 3 years and I would never treat anyone like that off or on the job. Even when someone does something the they aren't suppose to I would explain it nicely and let it go.

Filled up a froster cup with ice cream, the "Twister Froster", the exact name of my "Free Twister Froster" card. Guy comes over, makes me throw the entire thing out. He then is looking over my shoulder and monitoring what I am doing. When I'm leaving, he says "Thanks for the waste". Never goin back there again.

Gone to this Mac's like a hundred times. They always have everything I want ; So lots of snack food and drinks. Always clean never anything broken or dirty. Don't know if anybody would actually look at a review for a Macs convenience shop but i have time to kill I'm feeling a strong 9 to a light 10 not enough distorted shoe gaze guitar.

Good staff. Gas prices is always high
