Macs Strength Weightlifting Club is an Olympic Weightlifting club based out of the Calgary Olympic Oval.
Coach Mac has been coaching weightlifting for the past 10 years. During that time, he has coached numerous national champions and gone to multiple international competitions with Team Canada.
Our participants range from novices to national level lifters.
We take training seriously, but we never forget to have fun and encourage each other while we are slamming weights.
