Mr Len Covell - Congratulations  on your 3 years service award with MAD! Its a pleasure working with you everyday and I know everyone on the team loves having you around with your quick witted humour!! We want to thank you so much for your dedication to MAD as the trainer and putting up with me as your lead 🙂 You step in to help with anything that’s asked especially during busy times! You take your position as trainer serious making sure our team get the best training and mentoring. I know I look forward to seeing where you will be in 3 years from now with MAD!! Exciting times ahead! Thank you - Len and his wife both received a puzzle piece that connect together to show the commitment of everyone that works or supports those that work at MAD!

July 12th 2018 - The leadership of MAD had the opportunity to spend some quality time with the team members who where available to attend our Team Building BBQ on shift in/out day. We had lots of fun, it was a great day of food, fun and most importantly getting to know the team better! Thank you to all that was able to make it and for those out in the field working, we truly thank you for dedication. We hope to get planning our next Team Building Event soon!!

Mike Maxfield not only brings a bright smile, lots of laughter, story sharing and jokes to keep up morale with his team mates but brings years of experience, great work ethic and knowledge around the majority of equipment here at MAD. Thank you to every Team Member who was a part of this years turnaround season and those who worked diligently on the outside for all of our valued customers. MAD leadership would like to pass along sincere gratitude for the level of work that went in from every level. It was nothing short of World Class Performance and everyone should be proud of not only the level of professionalism you displayed, but also the high level of performance. There were zero spills or incidents an...d most importantly, no one got hurt. We definitely faced some hurdles and roadblocks, but the challenges were met head on and you persevered through them all. Many team members stayed past their regular shift and many came in early to provide superior performance and made all our customers EXTREMELY happy.

GREAT JOB DONE!! Demonstrating Excellence of Execution yet again!!
Our team headed off a few days ago to League Projects in Athabasca completing Pipeline Daylighting and have received great feedback from the customer on a job well done! Team MAD previously completed hydro testing work for this customer with great success.
