The fact that the medical assistants are awful! Expect for the one with the hijab, she is always willing to help the other blonde and short haired bimbo, just stand there and stare at you! While they have their own conversations, very unhelpful and unprofessional. The doctor isn't the best, I've been going to them my whole life and have never had them explain the issues, only what medications I needed for it. The wait is usually insane, and if you cancel an appointment twice, you're seen as a walk in.

Garbage experience.

took time off work, waited forever only to have the Dr not listen to my problem, rush me out the door and try to write useless prescriptions. Money grab joke

Worst receptionists on the planet...never answer the phone or return Voice mails. over the course of 3 days left 6vms with no reply and when i finally got a hold of someone they played dumb stating "we have no messages from you"

Worst walk in clinic ever! Just moved to the area, i had cut my hand and figured this was the closest clinic so i went in to get stitches, was hardly anyone there when I got in the reception does not care if it is 911 or not. Told me to fill out a little slip 45 minutes later was asked for my health care number and info, then was told to take a seat again after 1 1/2 hours I was finally called in the doctor didn't even look at the cut he cleaned it and didn't care he was hurting me, then wrapped it and said you can go now. This place is a joke if you need stitches go to a different clinic they will get you in right away!

Really disappointed in this clinic. Unprofessional staff and if your looking for a walk in clinic without an appointment don't waste your time here. You can walk in but you have to wait for everyone with appointments first. So more of a doctor's office that takes walk in patients when they have time. Only good thing I could say maybe was that it was clean.
