Madison’s 12 | 12 is a new restaurant in the heart of Inglewood; home to the likes of the Blues Can and Spolumbos, Madison's is nestled beside the iconic Recordland with a beautiful south facing patio and modern interior.
Located at 1212 9th ave SE, during the day Madison’s 12 | 12 is a cafe & co-working space serving world class local Fratello coffee and espresso, Matcha lattes, and Bulletproof coffee with a "Fratello and Fiasco To Go" window for your caffeine and gelato fix! M1212 comes loaded with outlets and high powered internet for writing your next novel or blog, building your social media empire, starting a business, or anyone craving an ultra comfortable creative space to work from or have coffee meetings. Healthy Salads, Poke Bowls, and Nachos are available while you work, or for lunch on the go with a small but hearty breakfast menu during the week. Saturday and Sunday M1212 aims to be a new staple for weekend brunch lovers.
In the evening Madison’s pulls out a full menu of hand picked wine, hand crafted approachable and affordable cocktails ("The $10 Old Fashioned") and beer from amazing local breweries. Madison's serves up unexpected and delicious Craft Nachos (such as Korean, Poke, Mac N Cheese, Elotes) also celiac and vegan friendly, combined with hearty and healthy entree Salads + Poke Bowls alongside signature Italian Soda Floats and Dessert Nachos + Fiasco Gelato. Went to Madison’s for the first time last weekend with my best friend and we had such a blast! Nachos and mimosas are a great start to a Saturday morning and the service from our waitress was amazing! She even made us a mimosa that wasn’t even on the menu! We will definitely be back �
We mistakenly arrived at Madison’s 1212 twenty minutes before opening today, but the courteous staff invited us in from the cold and provided us with hot drinks. The atmosphere was awesome, the staff were wonderful and the nachos tasted great! I will definitely recommend Madisons to others moving forward. Thank you :)
Visited for the first time on a Tuesday evening and were very impressed! Loved the atmosphere! There was live music! and they were a perfect fit for the space! Made the space even more welcoming! The food was fantastic! We split a salad and nachos and it was impossible to pick a favorite! I can't eat gluten and I was very impressed with the diligence both server and kitchen took to ensure my meal was gluten free! We enjoyed everything about our stay! Food, music and fantastic service! We can't wait for our next visit!
Very early days (only the patio was open tonight) but we had no complaints. The patio was where we wanted to be so it worked perfectly. Three choices of nachos; a selection of beer from the Fernie Brewery; wine; beautiful sunny evening.
Orders of nachos come out on the cookie sheet they were in the oven on. One person could probably polish off a serving by themselves easily enough. We split the Mexican nachos knowing that we would likely be eating at the Inglewood Night Market a block away. They were very nice and the jalapeños were good and hot.
Peeked inside before leaving and it seemed quite roomy. We'll definitely check them out again once they're fully open.
The nachos are beyond amazing
...salads look great too (big portions). The service is very friendly and the atmosphere was chill. Will be back!! I wish the pizza week special was a main on the menu!

I thought the owner Jared was only good at being QB for our flag football team, however it turns out he’s pretty great at running Madison’s”. Great Nachos, great wine, great staff members, great service. Good job Jared and his team!!

I love Madison's! This is my new favourite place to come hang out after an evening of beach volleyball. The patio has an amazing vibe, the beer selection is on point, and the salads are worth drooling over. Last time I was in I had the Poke salad which is a hands down new favourite.
I will certainly be back many more times.
Great discovery! Capital D-elish! Korean Bowl with the bulgogi beef very more-ish. Excellent servers and bartenders. Going back for sure!
Great atmosphere, food, and staff. Went for a quick bite to eat and were very impressed with the friendly staff who knew we were on a time crunch. Decor was stunning and wanted to move half the furniture into my house. Plus, no tip policy, which I personally love as the owner pays the staff the wages they deserve. All in all, incredible experience and will for sure be back next time we are in Calgary.

First of all, I’ve heard there have been bad reviews on this restaurant...not sure how that is possible - unless they’re referring specifically to the tables. Despite being beautiful and very natural, the tables are not level and everything slides to the centre.
The food, service and drinks here are outstanding. Nothing but rave reviews from us!
