Magic Nails & Spa

Granted it was Wednesday midday, I was able to walk in without an appointment. Probably one of the most clean and nicely decorated "quickie" nail places I have been at. The "gentlemen" who did my pedicure was super friendly and very through, one of the best pedicures I have had. I would reccomend to request him! Loved the music selection (radio station). 👍🏼 If I could make one suggestion, better nail colour selection (more colours), also organized according the hues. I have read previous reviews complaining about delayed appointment times, that is very common in most of these establishments. I will definitely come back.

Three of us were going out for a "mom's day out", and we made a reservation for 2:30 for a mani/pedi. We arrived a few minutes early, and were told to wait for a bit. Finally, 10 minutes after our appointment time, we were told that there were 2 chairs available, and one would come available in "2 minutes", but both chairs on either side of the empty chairs were just beginning their pedicures... it was going to be at least another 15 - 20 minutes before the 3rd member of our party was going to be able to join us. We ended up leaving. What's the point of making a reservation if they don't honor it?

After one coat of shellac went on my feet I had some questions about how the colour didn't match their sample. This is when the manager lady (?-long dark hair) got completely disrespectful and actually started yelling at me over and over in a full salon instead of just answering my questions. I will never go back to this place again.

Had my nails done before I went on vacation, the next day several were lifting and by day 3 one had actually broken off. Tried to get someone from here to fix them and they refused. Said they had paying customers and they didn't have time, guess they forgot I paid them to have my nails done properly too. Avoid going there..... Extremely rude once you start showing them any mistakes they make.
