Maison Mazel now boasts multiple CNC workhorses. Vertical, multiple turret and twin spindle lathes allow Maison Mazel to specialize in high production, high tolerance milling and turning. SolidWorks and GibbsCam move parts along the design process and a StrataSystems printer can create a plastic prototype.
We are constantly striving to offer our customers more options. Not only do we have the automated lathes, we have manual lathes, welding and fabrication capabilities and a millwright with over 30 years of experience. We have a quality control room that houses an Optical Comparator, Hardness Tester, Digital Micrometers and a full list of gages. If you need assurance of a quality part, we have the facilities to spin it into reality.
