What can I say... I've known Chris for ages, and have admired his artwork from the moment I first saw him draw on a napkin 10 years ago. He's an incredible artist, and tattooing is in his nature! His artwork speaks for itself; and I'll forever be a client of his. No joke- if you are looking for an amazing tattoo- he's your man!

This is a beautiful looking little place! If you want some beautiful work done by an insanely passionate and talented tattoo artist then you need to head on down and ask for Melissa!!!!! Seriously people she's AMAZING!!

Mammoth Tattoo studio is nothing short of excellent! The shop itself feels comfortable, relaxed, and professional. The artists will work with you extensively, giving you a piece of artwork that is nothing short of magnificent.



With their recent addition of experienced, incredibly talented, and multi-faceted artist Melissa Bennett, shows that Mammoth Tattoo is the go-to tattoo shop in Calgary.



The shop itself looks like it is a perfectly preserved piece of Victorian-era antiquity. Mammoth Tattoo is a very unique experience, and each visit is tailored for each individual.

Had my first appointment with Melissa since her move to Mammoth and I must say it was amazing! Located on 14th street there is plenty of parking, including 2 hour parking right out front but the real Wow is the studio itself. I was completely stunned at how much of a difference the vibe made. Classy music, relaxed atmosphere, stunning rooms and a feeling of space to move/breath all made for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend going in to see the fantastic Artists at Mammoth when you are ready for your next tattoo.

Chris has been exceptional helping me through the initial stages and planning. Both of mine turned out exceptionally well, with masterful art. The prices were very reasonable, the shop is clean and well maintained and easy to feel at home in.

Chris does fabulous work. Very pleased. I will be back to see him in the future for sure.

Chris Dow is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend him for any art project.

He did the art for my album and hopefully he will do the next one!

Chris Dow is a maestro of ink. A master artist and a seriously talented inker. I've followed him for a decade and I won't even consider having anyone else work on me. The best in #YYC and the best in the biz.
