Called looking for a rare part, they didn't have it but the guy on the phone was very pleasant and helpful all the same.
Overpriced and rude. Don't bother.
I rang Manchester Auto to ask for parts for my 1990 BMW 320i. It's an import vehicle that wasn't sold in North America, but it clearly was made and exists *because*I*have*one*. However, when I rang to ask Manchester Auto about the parts I needed, the guy said, "You say a 1990 320i? They didn't make them." And I explained to him, "Yes, they were made. They just weren't sold in Canada." And he just got louder and ruder and more obnoxious and condescending, yelling into the phone, "The 320i was not made in 1990." So, my experience with Manchester Auto is that (i) they don't know their Beemer worth a damn, and (ii) they're bloody rude bastards. A total waste of time. (By the way, if you call any other BMW parts place and say, "1990 320i," the response you get is, "Japanese import?" YES.)
