A beautiful new studio in a great location! The teaches and staff here are so welcoming. Stefani is an amazing teacher who is extremely knowledgeable and will alway make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Stefani is a truly gifted mentor, yoga teacher, and massage therapist. Training with her has been a wonderful opportunity!! All courses are made accessible to the student, and all practices are performed in such a safe and loving manner with your body, mind, and spirit taking top priority.

Stefani is a wonderful massage therapist. She is an intuitive healer who is dedicated to her profession and committed to lifelong learning. I haven't taken a yoga class with her but I'm sure it would be a real treat. Having a massage with Stefani is healing on many different levels. We're lucky that she decided to move to Calgary!

A massage from Stefani begins with an emptying of tension and negativity, and progresses to a sensational journey of transformation! Stefani works powerfully and creatively with the body’s own desire to be well, and I am always surprised by the depth of learning and healing I experience in each session. Stefani communicates her wisdom of the body at a cellular level, and I leave feeling nurtured, whole and capable... and thrilled!
