As I was on the second floor, they took care to make sure none of my neighbours property was damaged throughout the process. I think the minor increase compared to competitors was well justified by Sam showing up for me on a Saturday, having constant communication with me through text, and making the process quick and painless.

I got carpet cleaning done from Sam when my tenant moved out and I had really tough pet stains and smell all over the carpet. He did an amazing job saved me the cost of replacing the carpet. I highly recommend him as he is very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service and actually going to get it cleaned again from him soon.
