Great place for short or long term storage. Very clean and complete facility with washroom, coffee/tea and carts to be used to move stuff. Also very prompt and kind responses on requests by email or phone. I would use this storage facility again!

We had a 20' unit here for 2.5 years. The service was absolutely top notch. They understand that customer service is paramount in running any business. Friendly, kind staff and very helpful. The space is secured with with a code lock and our space always remained in perfect condition. Would absolutely use Maple Leaf - Sunridge again. Great people, great service!

Fantastic service, very professional staff, well maintained and clean storage units. I have nothing to complain about. Plus you get the first two months for the price of one so it's a fantastic deal. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking at storage facilities. Their 5x5 unit is 10 feet high where as everywhere else I called is less than 5 feet. I was able to fit my bed in thanks to that difference.

The staff here are amazing and super helpful. The location is convenient and the facilities are secure and always kept super clean.

I've rented from a number of storage companies, here in Calgary and in Vancouver, and in Ontario as well. They've all been good in my experience. But this particular facility is by far the best. The facilities are very good and the security seems very good. But more importantly, the staff are consistently courteous and service-oriented ... they are committed to being helpful. Maple Leaf Storage has a good facility and great staff at its Sunridge location.

The facility itself is very well maintained and run in a very professional manner and the security level was top notch.

However, my issue was that I called to inquire about the billing cycle and the grace period for moving out. Moving in on the 21st of a month, I knew I wouldn't be able to move into a new place until the 1st of another month. I asked, "Would I be able to have a 7 day grace period or would I have to pay for an additional month in that circumstance?" Unfortunately, the person on the phone said I wouldn't be charged for an additional month so I made my plans accordingly. But when I came to move in with two trucks worth of my possessions, I was told that wasn't the case. I lost over $200 for that.

When I mentioned this error in information to another employee there, they simply said, "I don't know who would've have told you that. Our grace period is just 2 days" as if they didn't trust word and were assuming I was trying to get away with extra time for free. I felt disappointed that they didn't believe me. Additionally, I do get that employees can be unsure of policies and give incorrect information at times and for me that's not the end of the world. People make mistakes, but I think some accommodation should have been offered to me.
