Ever since we moved to Calgary in the late 90's, my family and I ONLY go here. The owner is fair and really knowledgable. Vera is always so nice and willing to work with your budget and needs! My fiance and I both got our rings there and LOVE them. We go often to get it cleaned and just to say hello. :) Highly recommended!

An older sales lady with a hard accent nearly gave me and my fiance the time of day. Very rude walked out and spent 4000$ on an engagement ring some where else. Not impressed at all. You should keep your sales people from profiling people like that.

Great service the staff are friendly, very kind and helpful. My wife and I have got numerous pieces of high quality jewelry from them.

My husband and I have been buying jewelry here for the past year and we could not be more satisfied. Good prices, great service and always very kind. When my necklace clasp broke they fixed it for free, they also clean all the jewelry we bought from them for free and our other jewelry too. I would recommend shopping for jewelry here. You will be satisfied.

I've been going here for years. They've always done will in pricing (Maybe because they mark it all up beforehand, making you feel you're getting a better deal) but this last time is the straw that broke the back. I spend $600 on a ring and you give me a PLASTIC, GOLD COLORED HEART SHAPED BOX?! Talk about cheap as hell. AND, the 'Made in China' sticker on the bottom?! I get a nicer box out of a loonie vending machine. Never again.

Don't shop here. The staff and management are rude and untrustworthy. They give terrible customer service and don't stand behind their products or workmanship at all. I took several items in for minor repair (for example a broken clasp on one piece) and they repeatedly claimed, over the course of several months that either they did not have them (Though I had a receipt), had lost them, or were still waiting on repairs. When they finally called me in to pick them up I was shocked to find that the items had been damaged beyond recognition. They had no interest in rectifying the situation or repairing the damage and had lost my original boxes. You leave your fine jewellery or watches with these shifty criminals at your peril. Horrible people.
