Sorry about the one star....it has nothing to do with your store....i am in a hotel in yyc working construction....i needed new boots...i spent over an hour on the phone at the motel on hold while another location attempted to tell me which location was closest..me much po's as i only wanted to get some boots...those other locations need access to help me find out where to go....i am just off 16 ave on the east side of deerfoot... anyways.. insert Vicky and 5 stars here from your location.. once i finally found the shortest cab ride....she took a moment, showed and told me where what i was looking for...i was out in less than 5 minutes....ask Jamal my cabby....thanks Vicky..

Tried to return a winter jacket because i recently got laid off. So the money back wouldve really helped. They refused even tho i had the reveipt. Next day went back with a bank statement proving even more that i had paid for it. They still refused to give me my money back. The manager was extremly rude and bitchy. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have always like marks but i would recommend avoiding the sunridge location. Rude and Very unprofessional behavior. Idiots kept the unused jacket and my money. CROOKS!!

Great place to shop, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. One female cashier was quite rude and interrupted my sale with another cashier to tell me I can't purchase the steel toe shoes I had selected. When I pointed out to her that I was the store manager and issued to voucher to myself and was 100% sure I could purchase these shoes she continued to argue with me till I pointed to the portion of the voucher that said I could purchase ANY CSA approved work shoe, she said "Oh well, ok" and walked away. Otherwise my experience was a good one both times I have shopped here in the past couple years.

All Mark's locations have an amazing selection of workplace, and outerwear. But, they also carry really interesting gadgets, athletic apparel and footwear. They're worth checking out again and again because there's always something new to see.

Store is very full but I always find something and the staff are always busy folding and tidying the store. There seems to often be sales here which is nice. Nice variety of steel toe shoes of all costs too

After a crazy Alberta rain storm my field partner and I went here for FR rain gear. We found a pack of FR rain pants and jacket for $19.99!! You can't beat that price!

Very easy to shop this store and it's always boasting fair prices.

I've been to this location for scrubs and was pretty disappointed in how they were organized and the selection was frustrating. There were multiple pairs of pants in the specific scrubs that I wanted, but barely any shirts.

Good Customer Service. Didn't have to wait long for help.
