Friendly staff. A good selection of equipment, clothing, and products. Selection could be better though.

I had a great experience there. The manager was a really nice guy. I went into the store to try on some boots I was going to buy online and ended up buying them in store.

It's really good to see that Mark's stand's behind their products. I bought a pair of WindRiver boots, which is owned by Mark's (what I was told by the associate) about a year ago. They were obviously defective as I only wore the boots maybe 3 times and they tore on the inside all the way up the heel. When I approached a VERY rude and dismissive associate at this store asking him if they could do anything about this he proceeded to insult my intelligence by telling me that they only have a 100 day return policy and that I would have noticed a defective product before that period and brought them in. So not only did this person insult my intelligence but he also claimed I was a liar! He also said they were probably put on clearance because a number of customers probably brought them back because they were defective. So this associate ADMITTED to this store selling defective products!?

We begrudgingly called the store and asked to speak to the manager and she told us she would be able to provide us with a store credit if the boots were still in their "system". Of course they were not.

Needless to say, we were not provided a store credit because the boots are no longer in their "system" and I now have a useless pair of boots which I paid good money for that have been only used 3 times maybe. Duh! Of Course they wouldn't keep a defective product in their system anymore. Thanks Mark's! I'll now shop elsewhere for my clothing and footwear needs!

Large store and always well stocked, nice and open as well. Staff was very good even though it was fairly busy (week before Christmas).

The few staff that were in there seemed nice (we came in 30 mins before closing), even though he was busy one of the sales associates still greeted us. We weren't bothered by anyone and if we needed help there was someone close by, this store has one of the largest selections if you need variety.

Has to be the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. Bought some shoes that no one would help me find, only to have them rip the next day. Took them back and AGAIN asked if someone could help me find something suited to my needs. So they told me to go FIND A STAFF MEMBER BY NAME. wouldn't even direct me to them. And even that person who I eventually found after walking around the store asking for her was less than helpful. Buyer beware stay out of this store!!!!!
