Being a proud owner of that blue RS in the showroom at 6 months ago. Sales person and finance manager are friendly and great. Although this car was a lemon( been in shop for a problem has no solution for couple weeks), service manager took my car with good responsibility and care, frequently updates and try their best to fix it, Best car buying experience so far, if I need another Ford I will definitely go there again. Ashley in service always fantastic. A quick line I was forced to use claimed my rear differential needed servicing when Marlborough had just serviced it 8000 kms before. She had me come in and checked it for free to confirm. (It was fine)

Excellent and prompt service. Shuttle driver (forgot his name. I had my service 11/7 ) makes the ride pleasant with conversation. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I wish there was an option to not even leave stars for this dealership. I am absolutely appalled by this dealership and cannot believe it's representing the Ford brand. I have been a Loyal ford customer for over 10 years. When I purchased my used 2008 ford escape over 2 years ago I was lucky enough to have a valid power train warranty on it-not that this helped me. I started having issues with it almost immediately after driving it off the lot. I brought it back to ford and got them to rectify some issues, but I was still noticing a slip in the transmission which I voiced and they took me for a drive and could not notice it even though it was obviously slipping. I've owned 3 escapes and had never had issues with it. I wanted this issue to be resolved and went back and fourth with them trying to resolve this issue for two years, until eventually my warranty ran out-and well my transmission finally failed one week after my warantee expired. This dealership is an absolute joke and has now turned me off of ford. I have proof of all of my original emails with Concerns of this issue from the beginning and yet they have done nothing to help me. It's disgusting how this dealership is even in business still with the inept employees that are trying to run it. Now I can safely SAY-DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE. And I can also say, I would never trust the Ford brand again after my unfortunate experience.

I bought 2013 ford explorer just last week. good customer service. kind and approachable. I just didnt notice right away that the side bumper of the explorer is a little bit misaligned and now I have to pay for it to have it fixed (I should have rated 5 stars if not for that). Just have to pay attention to details when getting a vehicle here. Other than that, all was good.

Recently had tires put on my Escape. As always, Marlborough did an amazing job. Their customer service is second to none. They are always so accommodating and helpful.

I was chagrined to find my 2008 Ford Fusion completely dead one morning last week while I was visiting my daughter in Calgary, and planning to leave the next day for a trip to Moose Jaw. It was especially disconcerting since I had a new battery! When I had the car boosted by the AMA, the driver indicated to me that I likely had an electrical problem that would have to be dealt with by the dealer. Since I have always taken my car to the dealer in my hometown of Edmonton, I decided to take it to the nearest Calgary dealer--Universal Ford. I explained my problem and the fact that I was afraid to turn the car off since it might not start. The woman I talked to said she could get my car in for diagnostic testing 'next Thursday', which was a full week away. When I again stated I was from out of town and in the middle of a car trip, she told me to go to Marlborough Ford, and 'maybe' they would help me! I was not impressed, but went to Marlborough Ford.

What a difference! Nick introduced himself, listened to my problem, and worked diligently to provide a quick solution. He was able to get the diagnostic started that afternoon, and while they were not able to fix my car right away because they needed to order parts, I am confident that he did everything he could to get it done quickly.

I was fortunately able to borrow my son's car in order to complete my trip to Moose Jaw, and by the time I got back to Calgary this week my car was ready to be picked up, and appears to be running very well now. I am so grateful to Nick, and to the mechanic who worked so hard to get me back on the road quickly. Many thanks!

Smooth ride and great power. We pull a fully loaded 34' travel trailer from Calgary to Yuma Az and back for the last two winters. No problem at all with hills or passing slower trucks while traveling uphill.

Knowledgeable staff, good and clear service, depends on the personal who serve you. But generally better than others. I purchased my escape there and do the maintenance there. there is no any issues. By the way, they have very cool waiting room there with ☕ and WiFi

I TOOK MY FOCUS INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON MONDAY, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME. KATIE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD CALL WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM. THINKING I WOULD NOT HEAR UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY BECAUSE I KNOW ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS AHEAD OF ME WITH AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. KATIE CALLED ME AT 10:30 AND THEN I TOLD HER TO GO AHEAD AND FIX THE PROBLEM SHE SAID IT WOULD BE READY AROUND NOON, AND IT WAS. THANK'S KATIE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

I came to them with a problem.
They were interested and took the time.
It was last minute and in the morning.
All my questions and concerns were addressed.
At the end of the day I left with them being resolved with feeling of satisfaction.
Yes I would go back.

What could be improved?
We when I arrived to get my vehicle only one person designated for receiving clients was there to deal with clients.
So I had to wait. But it is possible it was bad timing where they might be helping clients some where else.
There is another ford dealership i would never go back. And that specific other place they have done something i like which is not contact me like I asked.
So yes Marlborough Ford will be my new dealership to go to.

My service work was done in a very timely manner. Everytime I have had my vehicle in for Service Work I have not been disappointed with the quality of the work performed. I will continue to get all my car needs taken care of at Marlborough Ford

The team was helpfull and friendly. Good deal on the BF A/T KO-2 tires I purchased.
However the pricing for service is not aligned with other ford stores. I didn't not realize this until I asked for pricing on an item. The price I was given was hundreds of dollars more than what I had paid at another ford shop. I will be going back to the other shop from now on simply because of this and 3 stars also due to this.

Second trip to this shop was for body work.
The collision center staff are friendly and accommodating. I did enjoy dealing with them. The repairs were quick and look great.
Downside is the lack of security on the property. My truck was broken into while parked here waiting to be repaired. This Cost me another insurance claim to repair the broken window and I lost a few items from the cab.
There is no fencing, cameras or night guard on the property. It is an unpopulated area and prime for thieves. So don't leave anything in your vehicle even if you have hidden it out of sight.
