Found Marlow's Diamond and Design on Google while looking for an engagement ring and was intrigued by the number of rave reviews from customers. Let me tell you, the reviews speak for themselves. Both Marlow and Kanchan were wonderful to work with, very understanding, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My fiancee and I absolutely love the ring design and quality. We had a wedding band made by Marlow. He was nothing but amazing to work with during the entire process. He took his time, brought in the engagement ring a few times to make a mold and to compare with the final product. It's a common misconception, I think, that most men believe that custom made engagement rings would cost more than if they would just go to a brand jewelry store. Marlow sat down with me in front of a computer and showed me concept designs of engagement rings until I saw something that made me go, 'This is exactly how I envisioned it'. He never tried to upsell beyond my given budget. He is not a pushy salesman. He would just let me decide and point out the features that I want until I was satisfied. From start to finish, the end product was exactly as shown on the rendered image. No surprises. No wondering why it looks different from the render. We even had to resize the ring at the last minute to a smaller piece, and they were able to accommodate our request. Excellent customer service! My fiancee loved every detail. Marlow will make sure that every dollar you spend here is well spent!

Marlow, runs a fantastic business. He is excellent at listening to your requests and helping you through the process. We purchased an engagement ring and wedding band, made to our own design. Marlow helped us chose the diamond and gave us excellent advice through the process. He also worked very diligently to make sure that the design was exactly as we wanted and it was delivered to our tight deadlines.

I brought my engagement ring to Marlow Diamond and Design and they were able to size it without any issues and within 24 hours. The cost was very reasonable and now I get to wear my ring.
