i love this place! always a fun time, snows been nice everytime Ive gone and ski patrol is very careful with zoning off areas when blasting.

User

Wonderful Staff, great place! Was visiting Marmot basin with my wedding clients, they wanted to ski down the hill before saying I do's and get some photographs in their wedding clothes, the staff was nothing short of amazing and everyone helped with a ny little detail, speedy and helpful rentals and complimentary tickets for the one run!! I will make sure to come back and enjoy the mountain, was such an awesome place! Thank you you sure made the day even more memorable! :)

User

We took the kids for their very first mountain ski yesterday. We all took a lesson (as it had been a few years for my husband and I). The instructors were amazing, the conditions perfect and the hill spectacular. Thank you Marmot Basin for the best first ski trip ever!!!

User

We ran a ski club trip there last winter. The place was wonderful. Not a huge mountain but enough skiing to keep us all happy. The employees were helpful and friendly. The marketing folks surprised us with a "tea party" mid week, and the eats were more than generous. The only bad thing was the 4 hours on a bus from Edmonton, but that bus ride means no lift lines so it's well worth it.

User

Was there in January and it was perfect. Hope conditions hold upnand i can get another trip in

User

Today we had an awesome day with instructor Marie-Pierre Flipo-Bergeron. We had so much fun; she showed us the best slopes of Marmot. Thank you so much Marie. Bye bye Petra & Jacqueline

User

Thanks to everyone in the Marmot Basin rental office who helped me out when my personal skis were accidentally switched for a pair of their rentals. After checking who had rented the skis I found on the rack next to where mine had been, they found out the rental was for 2 more days and the phone number on the form was out of service. They quickly set me up with a pair of high quality skis and poles so I could get back on the hill for the rest of my ski trip and then they got my skis and poles back for me when they were returned and were able to send them home with a friend of a friend who was skiing there today. Great service considering I wasn't even renting my skis from them! Thanks again to everyone who helped out.

User

It was our first time skiing at Marmot Basin. Every thing were just amazing. The Ski Resort is only a few minutes drive from town of Jasper, which makes it very convenient in terms of choices with the tourist accommodations and Dining.

User

I went skiing for the very first time last weekend! I had ana amazing teacher and a fantastic experience. All around great time. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

User

I am not one to write reviews but this one is necessary. I took my 5 year old daughter to ski for the first time today. Due to road conditions and errors with the computer system, things were very backed up and it didn't look like she would make her lessons. The marmot staff approached us in the lineup to see what we had planned for the day. When I told them about the lessons at 10, they went way above what was expected from them and they got her rental gear and lessons set up fast(even skipped the line). The lessons were first class(thanks Pam) and my daughter is proud that she learned to ski....thanks so much

User

Great resort! As a ski instructor I can say it's beginner terrain is very accessible and consistent. Very knowledgable and accommodating snow school staff. A great place to learn how to ski or board.

As a park rat I can say their park is on point. Smooth jumps, well built rails, and jibs. Both the mini and main parks are maintained really well and often changed up. Defiantly one of my fav resorts these days.

User

Great hill they have a good package for beginner lessons so my girlfriend could learn from a proper instructor. The new terrain "Tres Hombres" is an enjoyable double black diamond run that was fun to tackle.

User

Gawd I love this place. its easy to sky, yet challenging when u want it to be. Almost no lift lines, very few idiots. And on a nice day, the view's are spectacular (especially from the top of the Eagle Ridge Chair) Has a real family vibe to it, yet it's large enough if you want time to yourself, you can have it. I've skied Lake Louise as well, and while it has more runs, chalets and bigger as heck, I still prefer Marmot.

Did Jasper in January this year, and I plan on coming back for the 2016 season.

User

Big props to the park crew that created the monstrosity that is Boxzilla at the top of Basin Run. That thing is gnarly. Made my day doing lap after lap of that bad boy.

User

Was there on Saturday first time snowboarding . Had an instructor for beginners, he was great. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the fun time!!

User

This is my home base mountain, I really have a soft spot for you Marmot. Spent many days this year. Wish winter would've been more snowy in Jan/feb but overall 16/17 season was great. Hope you guys bring back the escape card next season.

User

Love this mountain! I come here very often and love it every time, however every time i've been there this season there has been a female bartender working the bar at the half way chalet. He has been very rude to my friends and I every single time we have went to her and she double charged my friend for a drink. She has not once been nice and honestly makes me want to not go there because I literally feel nervous to get a drink cause I'm most likely gonna get a snarky remark from her. Other then her it's a good place to go

User

Very clean and nice layout of rooms. I'd stay there again for a ski race.

The doors need repairs as the dead bolts are sticky and the door jams are so worn out that the dead bolt has nothing to hold it in.

The tuning room needs more space and more power outlets.
