Everything from using the website for pre approval to actually picking up my new quad was easy and stress free. Two thumbs up!

Horrible Customer service all the way around. Service, sales and parts. Take the extra time to go to the west end location where they actually listen to your needs, are helpful and treat you like a customer

Service staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, even when I have not bought anything much and on something that is not their product. Would not hesitate to go there for shopping or service.

These guys went far above and beyond what anyone might expect. I was literally blown away by the service of Allain in the sales team and by management when I had a problem. I wanted to show my appreciation for Mark Skaley whom helped me find an amazing trailer, the Triton UTV 128. I had been searching for a sled trailer for several months and had been treated like a complete idiot by many dealers. I needed a smaller trailer to fit the dimensions of my garage plus faced the challenge of needing something big enough to haul different types of toys including my sled. The trip to Martin Motorsports was my last attempt at trying to find a nice trailer. When I met Mark I was so discouraged and about ready to give up on finding something that would work. I told him my story and the nightmare I had been through with the other dealers and he apologized for what I went through on their behalf. After a brief conversation he made me feel a thousand times better. Mark introduced me to the Triton trailer and showed me all it had to offer and how to make it fit what I needed. Mark was so friendly, very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I can’t express how much I appreciated his help. He turned what felt like a hopeless situation and helped me find exactly what I needed. After agreeing to take the trailer but not signing the dotted line I had to leave the province for a family emergency. I was out of the province for a while and was worried I might lose the trailer I had worked so hard to find. I had phoned and expressed my concern to Mark, whom went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got the Triton trailer when I got back. When I went to pick up the trailer he even helped me put the licence plate on. I would like to say thank you so much to Mark for all your help and for such great service. I am so grateful for everything. Thank you.
