Mary Donnachie Personal Training Description

Between 25 and 50 I wasn't healthy, fit or active. That changed when I started to have trouble with my knees and climbing stairs. A visit to the doctor where I was told "it's not bad enough for surgery" pushed me towards finding another way. The result was a healthier lifestyle, more activity and a new career as a personal fitness trainer working with women 50 and older. My personal fitness goal is to be as active, healthy and fit at 80 + as I am now. My goal as a trainer is to help as many women like myself to achieve a similar goal.
