We hired MAXgreen to replace 8 windows in our 47yr old home.
I was impressed from the initial consultation with Shawn all the way to the final installation with Wes and Dave.
Shawn was always available to answer questions (and there were a lot) and change the estimate through various scenarios of specifications - even though he knew we hadn't committed. The commitment to the installation process and customer service made up my mind in the end and I wasn't disappointed. Wes and Dave did a great job plus we enjoyed having them around.
I would recommend MAXGreen to anyone replacing their windows and would consider them for any of the other work they cover. I wouldn't use anyone else for a future window job.

Triple Pane primary bedroom window replacement done extremely competently a few years ago (including preserving custom finishing carpentry). Amazing job by Jim and his team. This week one of the cranks would not allow the window to close. Jim popped by and very quickly repaired the issue. So grateful to have help with the warranty, even tho it was a very small issue (but beyond my skills). As we live on Vancouver Island and we're unable to avail ourselves of Max Green's services, we were able to utilize them in an advisory capacity prior to purchase and install of windows here in our home.

The installation team was fantastic, great job and the windows are really good. Unfortunately about a week ago I went to slide the security latch and upon doing so a piece broke off the side. I could no longer open and close my window without holding the latch down.

I had a employee come out today to fix it. As I explained on the phone I had whacked it by accident the next morning as I forgot it did not stay down anymore. I was told don't whack it again, I said I didn't in the first place. Was not impressed by the service today, not very personable or particularly friendly. I would think that with the amount of money my complex spent the service would be top notch. While the installers where great guys, I even let them park in my spare spot. The level of service I experienced today did not leave me with a good impression.

MAXGreen was hired to replace 10 windows on our 25 year old house. We are very satisfied with both the quality of the PlyGem windows and the installation performed by MAXGreen. All aspects of the project (design review, cost estimate, change order procedure, delivery, installation, and clean-up) were performed in a very professional manner. In addition to the window replacement, our installer, Jim, added metal cladding to a number of older wooden features on the second floor which will eliminate the need for future painting.
