Maxia Management Corp. has developed a proprietary rent to own program (preferred purchase plan or P^3 program) designed to provide a financial pathway to home ownership for individuals and families. Given the past few years of turmoil and uncertainty in the real estate market driven by events dominated in the United States, Canadian banks and the government have become increasingly cautious in their lending practices. Recent changes in mortgage terms and the significant growth of interest penalties have also added to the barriers and costs for entry level buyers into the market.
In response to these changes we have developed the P^3 program to help people overcome these challenges and work towards owning their own home today.
